The shirts fit very poorly. Extremely loose collars, awkwardly large mid sections. Will have to really like a design to contemplate purchasing another shirt from J!nx.

Your service is great, the community is cool; the only complaint is I realize a lot of the awesome t's are no longer in production. When i first joined (like before techtv became g4) there were amazing clothing everywhere so much so i always expected to go broke though I had no credit card at the time and had to beg by bro to buy it for me. Now there are only a handful of t's i could buy that really says badass geek coming through. I'm proud to be a geek and need more clothing that i can express that with.I would really love if you guys could get back to your roots. Or at least bring back some old t's every now and then; have a throw back month or something.

J!NX always has something cool and interesting up for sale. Me, as well as many other customers I'm sure, are fairly nerdy, and it's nice to have a company that provides us with a variety of different types of nerdy stuff whether it be apparel or toys, it's all good to me. :)

I like the products from the World of Warcraft, the cloths are pretty comfortable and you guys should sell more collection items.

I love the products. The downfall was how long it took to get here. I'm in Canada I expected I would have it within 3 weeks. I ordered 4 shirts a mystery box for my son and one for myself. Now I made the order for my son's shirts 5 days before I placed the order for mine. It took a whole month to get here. I also ordered other things online the same time. Due to doing all ordering for my son's birthday. So the shirts were suppose to be for his birthday I figured 4 weeks before would be lots of time to get the package. It took a whole month to get here and it also missed his birthday. And I got my shirt the same day. I just think shipping could be better.

J!NX Customer Service is suburb - I recently encountered my first flawed product I had ordered from J!NX and the representative was swift and knowledgeable and I received a replacement of said product immediately free of charge and I could keep the flawed one as well. - My overall experience with J!NX has been phenomenal and I will continually support them.

Always lives up to expectations. Apparels have quality fabric. Customer support is always helpful.

I live in New Zealand, and the items always arrive so quickly. Fantastic range, good quality clothing, and the customer service is good too. Sizing charts could be a bit more accurate as I found with the hoodies.
