JReviews of jinx.com

brought a few things from jinx now and I can say they are brilliant! had a parcel go missing. there was no messing about. it was resolved and the comms were spot on. the items are super quality. I have my items shipped internationally and this is no issue at all. the time it takes to arrive is top class. I couldn't recommend them enough. I would say get more games to make merch for cause I like a site that is reliable and its hard to find consistent service anywhere online these days. well done guys you've made me a fan!!!!

I love this site & I wanted to get a present for my Minecraft obsessed nephew. I paid and was charged 3 times for the same order! They caught it and refunded me, however it put me over my limit & I ended up getting a $50 overdraft fee from my bank. What kind of company would have an error that resulted in getting charged 3 times!? I really like the products, but I will never order from this site again!

I love J!nx's products, there's no real gaming merchandise stores that compare (especially in the UK) however the shipping sometimes seems more then the product. This fact alone is the soul reason I don't regularly buy. If more free international shipping day events or somehow the shipping costs came down J!nx would be the best site ever.

I am a Canadian customer and although our dollar sux right now I still purchased JINX Minecraft items for my daughter for Christmas! There have been times where the website was not functioning at all but I still come back. Very easy to navigate and understand. Deals are straight forward and pictures and details are quite accurate. My only request would be better deals on Lego :)

Most of the shirts I ordered were great. However, the mysterious bag of mystery, while I KNEW it was a selection of random shirts, had like NO variety. All three shirts were the EXACT SAME COLOR -- come on, already. You guys manually put shirts in the freaking bags, at least choose different COLOR SHIRTS!!!! They are not returnable, only exchangeable for a different size. I had the size right, so they sent back the three dark gray, mediocre shirts.

I ordered a Minecraft shirt from J!NX and got quickly! It came in an AWESOME J!NX package and had a decal, key chain and wristband thrown in too! Though I do find it a bit pricey, the products are great and would totally recommend it to anyone!

My daughter loved everything I bought from you everything arrived so quickly (even though we live in the UK) and the clothes were of fantastic quality I can't thank you all enough

I think you guys are great!
