I have been ordering from them for two years! But since last year around May they seemed to be not shipping orders at all. I never got a refund for one of the pieces that was miss In my last year order! I gave them a another chance and ordered in June again. Since June first I haven’t received any updates of my order!! It says awaiting shipment but was never shipped!!! The customer service is so bad! They kept saying the same thing like they would ship soon but nothing is happening! Had to open a dispute with the bank!!!

Never received the order for more than 2 months. Email was never answered. Contacted bank for refund. DO NOT TRUST.

never shipped! and when pressed for an update they said it would be shipping soon..... that was four months ago. don't bother with this one.

It seems that Jing has suddenly stopped shipping out most of its orders beginning a few months ago. Before that, they were a legit company that actually shipped out things. Now, all of their Tiktok videos and Instagram posts are flooded with hundreds of comments complaining how they haven't gotten their order even though it's been months. I am one of those people who didn't get their order. It's impossible to talk to anyone in customer support. It was a pain in the butt to have to dispute it with my bank. Please don't order from them because there's a good chance it won't even arrive.

I have been a longtime customer of JING and used to love them, but the order I placed last month will be my last with this company. The quality of their products has become extremely cheap and won't look at all like what was pictured, even if you are of similar height and build to the models pictured. 2/3 items I ordered arrived damaged. One item the stitching was already coming undone in several places and the other item arrived with dirt stains. I contacted customer service about the issue, and they refused to make it right. They expected me to pay the return shipping for items that they sent damaged/defective. With the lack of quality of their current products and awful customer service, I no longer trust JING with my business.

Yeah this site is a scam. I placed an order on March 23 and after a month of no shipping confirmation and trying to contact costumer service (even though I had been immediately charged for the item) customer service finally replied to me and I was asked to upload an order confirmation number or screenshot of payment. I did this, and never heard back from them. I requested a refund. Did not hear back. I ended up having to open a dispute with my bank because I never received the item.

This is a scam. Be careful with your money I placed 4 orders that totalling over £400 since January, but I haven't got them. I also was blocked my email after 2 times requesting order track. I don't believe these 5* comments. You should read all the 1* reviews because they all have a same problem: No reply, blocked email, no refund... and the order never comes. I have successfully placed 4 small orders before, everything is fine. But it seems that was just the initial decoy. I left a 1* comment for Jingus but I don't know it disappear. I hope Trustpilot didn't delete my review.
