I ordered my dresses on August 21th, because I have a travel plan on September 13th. I thought it would be enough time for them to ship it to me. Today is September 7th. Still on the way.

I recently ordered from J.ING and when my item came, the material was completely different than advertised on their website. I attempted to return but was told the item was ineligible due to sale, regardless of the fact that it was completely different than what was advertised.

PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST!!! I bought three pairs of jeans from their website. Two of them smelled really bad. When I request a return, they charge a $7.99 shipping fee. This is unheard of and ridiculous. A response to their "response": Just because you put $7.99 in the fine print on your return policy website does not make your company any less ridiculous for doing so. This is a disgrace and unethical. Please AVOID!

Shipping was fast and quality of the clothes was OK, unfortunately the pants I ordered seemed to run small. I initiated a return and have not heard back from customer service regarding the status of my refund. I tried calling their customer service and no one answers the phone. Don't bother ordering from them!

I spent $14 on expedited shipping, to have it not even come. I have checked the shipping and order number with no status updates. The dress itself was $50. I ordered on the 10th, today is the 22nd, still no updates. I have contacted customer support services, and they have not gotten back to me.

I'm incredibly disappointed with my shopping experiences with J.ING. After receiving items from my first purchase, I immediately returned them because I was not satisfied with the quality. At that time, because of COVID-19, it took up to 14 days for refunds to be processed. After waiting more than 14 days, I had to contact them to process my refund. When I received items from my second purchase, I was incredibly disgusted by the quality. There were hundreds of loose threads coming out of a dress that cost me around $100. I returned the dress in mid-December and still haven't received my refund for it yet, as it now takes UP TO 3 WEEKS now to process refunds. It has been more than 4 weeks at this point. I sent several emails asking to start processing the refund and a majority of them have been ignored. I filed a dispute with PayPal, which caught their attention. Within hours of filing the dispute, J.ING asked me to cancel the case, promising to process the refund "right away" (their words). As of today, they still have not done so. It is disgusting how overpriced their clothing is for the quality, how terrible and shady their customer service is, and how they use the pandemic to their advantage to continue to hold customer's refunds.

Placed an order which was “lost by the carrier” despite tracking never going further than pre-shipment. I contacted them about it and when I finally got a response from them they gave no apology and offered to reship or store credit. No refund lol. Avoid fam

Horrible return policy. I kept emailing about my return and they kept sending the same exact email that asked for extra five business days. There were 3 emails so far that I sent to them and still got the same response. NEVER AGAIN!!!
