I've shopped with Jing a couple of times over the past few years. Some of their designs are very unique and hard to find and although the sizes are sometimes smaller than expected I've never really had huge issues with their return policy, if there was a problem with an order I just email their customer service and they got back to me in a timely manner. I'm not sure if it is a Chinese company but I don't think that it should matter, as long as I'm getting cute looking pieces in an acceptable price-range I'm a happy camper!

I have been shopping with J.ING for several times, over all the experience are really good. The only problem i have with the brand is that the sizing somtime run small on some of their pieces. Their customer service team is very nice and helped me exchange to the right size when i needed. I hope they would do better on the sizing in the future.

Ever since COVID-19 outbreak, J.ING launched a “No Kid Hungry” campaign. As a loyalty customer at J.ING, I was so delighted to see their efforts to care about kids during this difficult time. The public paid most of the attention towards negative impacts on economy but not too much on vulnerable kids. I, as a single individual, can only give a small contribution. But J.ING can contribute much more than I could through launching such campaign. Not only was my order in J.ING delayed recently, but orders from Amazon, Instacart, etc. were delayed as well. I can well understand everyone would go through challenges that we have never ever met during this strange and hard period. A little bit more tolerance and put ourselves in other people’s shoes would make our life much easier and better.

Even though I saw some negative reviews and was wary at first, I honestly didn't expect much problems with this website since I've seen so many famous influencers wearing their clothes. I ordered my clothes about a month ago and they let us know through social media as well as their email subscription that items ordered between March and April would be delayed because of the COVID situation. Customer service was also quick to reach out to me and inform me of the delays. I'm currently awaiting my order and considering some of their preorder items have come back in stock I believe I should be able tor receive it soon. I think a lot of brands are having this problem right now because of COVID, not just J.ING.
