This isn't how one should do business! Return items arrived at the warehouse weeks ago based on tracking number provided by UPS. Never gotten an update ever since. No confirmation email indicating return items had been received, no refund has been issued. Called customer service multiple times during business hours, no one ever picked up. Customer service practically doesn't exist. This store isn't trustworthy

DO NOT ORDER HERE!! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. Their customer service is completely unreliable. I’ve called numerous times at different times on different days, and nobody ever picks up. I have not received my order, and my tracking number has not been updated whatsoever. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!! NOBODY PICKS UP THE PHONE WHEN YOU CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE. MY ORDER APPARENTLY SHIPPED WEEKS AGO.

I placed an order 5th October and heard nothing about my order by 11th November. Had to email customer service only for them to tell me they no longer had stock for some items in my order. Reading the other reviews, it seems like this issue has not improved even though they say they are working on it. This site is super dodgy and unreliable. Do not order from here!!

It unbelievable I placed an order on 10/05 till today I still didn’t receive my order. I love the cloths quality at jingus but this way of doing business isn’t okay. They don’t even sent an email to apologize or to keep u update. Will place an order with them again

Placed an order on 10/3 and my order contained 2 preorder items estimated to be in stock on 10/4. Mind you, they never stated they were preorder items until after I placed my order. No word on my order until I emailed them on 10/21, where they told me one of the preorder items wouldn't be in stock until 10/27. They gave me an option to have the rest of my order shipped out separately which I agreed to. They shipped my order the same day and the tracking number still "cannot be found." So, don't pay the extra $5.99 for faster shipping expecting to receive your items quickly, because the processing times will get dragged on. I won't be ordering from j.ing again, as they are not transparent at all with their "pre-order" items, and you have to contact them if you want any updates on why your order is taking so long.

I decided to purchase my first order with them since they have really cute stuff. I placed my order on september 26th, nothing on the website stated that the items were pre-order. Then the confirmation email showed that the items are "preorder", yet the preorder dates showed that the "in stock" dates for all the items were September 22nd - September 26th. I waited for 2 weeks and got no shipping email confirmation. I emailed them and they said that one of the items preorder date is October 26th (which is a month after the purchase date) :)))) and asked if I wanted to wait or I wanted them to ship out the other items first. I replied I wanted to wait for all the items to be ship out at the same time. Then I got their email saying that they will ship out my items (except the preorder). Clearly they are not transparency and just ignore your email. They don't even confirm you with the preorder items date unless you email them. I was thinking of purchasing for the second time because they have cute stuff, but now I am hesitating with this kind of business. And the waiting time makes me feel like I shop with Alliexpress...

Placed my order 10 days ago. Order confirmation stated it would take 3-5 days to process my order. I paid for quicker shipping. So my order should have arrived today at the latest, but it still hasn’t even shipped. On top of that one item I ordered did not mention it was a preorder on the site, but it was stated in my confirmation. Very dissatisfied with this website and misinformation.
