Unfortunately the lowest scale is one star so I cannot put zero. My order #180665 in a nutshell: Nov 30 - paid $455.92 Dec 4 - partial fulfilled, 1 of 3 tracking numbers 1Z04XA780301447307 Dec 8 - More shipped out, 2 of 3 tracking numbers provided - SD000394033JJ, but its "No information" Dec 10 - tracking number never updated, status forever remains "Shipper has created a label, UPS has not received the package yet". Dec 10 - emailed to CS Dec 12 - Final items shipped out, 3 of 3 tracking numbers provided. UG293183397YP - "The number can't be found at this moment. It's not available in this carrier's system yet." Dec 13 - Got email reply after 6 emails sent to them for all the information, they replied "Please be assured that we will follow up on this issue and keep you updated. If you still don’t receive the updates in the next 3-5 days, please feel free to reach out to us again. Thank you for your patience and understanding." Dec 14 - All three tracking numbers remain same status, no further update This is obviously a scam, please contact your credit card company to claim the money back at your cost.

My order number is #181486. I order placed on DEC 3. And on DEC 7, I recived the e-mail about shipping. When i tracking my package, I checked this "Departed Shipping Partner Facility, USPS Awaiting Item". But now, still same statues. So i trying to contact Jing customer service, their chat,e-mail,call. But they don't any response. seriously?????? I have to receive the this item before 12/23. I move to different apt. Acutally, I really love this store clothes. But shipping & custumer service is really horrible and carzy. I never ever using this store.

I got the shipping notice (#order 183325) on 12/8/21 with a tracking number included. It is now 12/13, 5 days later. The tracking number is still not identifiable in their tacking system. No response to my email and phone call at all. Terrible customer service!

Purchased from this site on black friday and never received my order. My emails went unanswered for weeks until finally a response came through stating my item had been shipped along with a “tracking number”. Well the package hasn’t moved in days. In fact USPS is still “awaiting the item”. After reading multiple (unanswered I might add) comments on their instagram page and many terrible reviews on here I am confident the website is a giant scam. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company and I HIGHLY suggest anyone reading these reviews with the same issues should do the same!

Order #169202 I’ve never gone as far as write a review but I’m so disappointed and would not recommend shopping here to anyone. I placed my order on 11/21. Received an update that a UPS center in CA is awaiting the shipment on 11/27. Today is literally 12/12—which is 15 days since the last update. Based off my experience and all of these terrible reviews, this company seems like a scam and I will be disputing my charge since it seems unlikely I’ll even receive my order at this rate. EDIT: we are past the 9-12 business days timeframe and no update on the package arriving to a UPS facility.

No response Even I send loads of email, phone calls or reach them via Wechat, Instagram…, a week ago still no one response on my order #183412.

I should have done more research 😔 I ordered a few clothes from J.ING on November 18th but the package shipped 3 weeks later (December 6th) just to be RETURNED to the U.S warehouse 3 days later (December 9th) because of their unprofessionalism in labelling the package…(no commercial invoice and it seems like I am NOT the first one to experience this) They have not update me when I kindly asked them to and sent them screen shots to prove my case. I am now stuck waiting for their response on this matter for the past 3 days and counting. They do not respond to calls either. I am never purchasing from them again. My order is #167594, if it matters. **UPDATE: It did not arrive on Dec 11

Stay as far away from this company as possible. I kept getting targeted with cute ads and finally caved and ordered a bunch of items. Quality is absolute garbage, sizing is a mess and took months to get my items. Customer service people are nonexistent - they don’t EVER get on the phone or call back if you leave a message (try it yourself) and now I’m in the hole for a few hundred dollars because I sent my items back but haven’t got a refund and they won’t answer my emails. You have to pay for your own shipping back, which I did, and even then I never received a refund. This company should be shut down, so upsetting and wrong. Hopefully this saves someone else the headache and lost $.
