Horrible Experience! I placed an order on 12/2, I still haven’t received any sort of shipment email or update. When I check my order status it says unfulfilled! It’s way past the estimated delivery date! This feels like a scam! Why is it so difficult to get in touch with the people who run the site and get updates? I want to cancel my order because of this nonsense.

ORDER # 165634 ABSOLUTELY disappointed I placed my order 1.5 months ago and its well over the 12-13 business day shipping timeline. the tracking link is never updated and the customer service is an automated reply. At this point I might as well receive my order after 4 MONTHS. I planned to wear the clothes last week!

My order number 171273 I order on 11/23, I got email said shipped on 12/3. I check it's stuck in transit in California. My shipping address is also in California.I must get it my 12/22. I’ve sent them couple emails but always get same standard official reply. No body cares us. Very disappointed!!! Bad experience!!!

I ordered items in November. I got a notification that they would be shipped on 11/26/21. I tried to use the tracking number provided but it says that there is nothing in the system. I haven’t heard back from customer service. I don’t know when or if I’ll ever get my items.

This is horrible...... My order number is #170964 I ordered more than $300 worth, never received my items. I’ve placed my order on 11/23. Received an update that a UPS center in CA is awaiting the shipment on 11/27. Today is 17 days since the last update for my shipment.. I tried to contact Jing customer service, I called them numerous times but nobody answered. So left messages so many times... no response.., I e-mail them but some kind of auto-reply ,seriously???? Customer service doesn’t seem to exist? I WISH I CAN GIVE THEM ZERO STAR.
