I have shopped at J.ing multiple times. Most of items have better qualities than expected. Price is reasonable. Most of items are true to picture. Yoga pants are my favorite. Shipping does take a long time but it’s kind worth the wait considering the cost. Sizing is a little variable. I bought mostly size S for pants, but one of pants even large size didn’t fit.

Just finally got my first order from J.ING three days ago, surprisingly, the quality and design are really good! Completely in love with my clothes. However, the reason why I am only giving four star rating is because I had waited for my package for so long that took me almost a month. Kinda disappointed :((

The dress finally arrived! I was worried the company was a scam, but it just took a long time. I am happy with the quality of the dress.

Dear Customer, we are truly sorry for your experience. However, we are not a scam. If your order contains pre-order items, which might cause a longer wait. Would you mind providing your order number, we will check and get you updated! ------------ Dear, thank you for the updates! We are truly sorry for the wait! Your order 139368 does ship on 9/28 from our warehouse in China; thus, it takes longer to update, the next update will be the package arrive at the US port; it is now still in transit to the US; please allow 4-10 business days for delivery; since last week is China National Day, we might expect your order to be delivered around 10/12-14.

They have a lot of styles to choose from. I personally like the floral dresses and quite a lot cute tops. The shipping takes a bit longer than expected, but I'm happy with the quality I received, especially for their price point. Overall, it's a good experience.

Excellent company selling pretty products. customer services were very helpful and really went the extra mile when there was an issue with my order, caused by an oversight on my side. They resolved it all very quickly and professionally.

I don't buy clothes online often, furthermore, this is my first time buying clothes on the internet. I live in the Netherlands and the US is pretty far for me. It took 20 days (with covid in mind), I sent them an email and they kindly replied. Good customer service. When my package came I was very surprised. Everything looks so valuable, the packaging design and clothes had a good quality. I loved the jeans and shirt I bought it was exactly like the description and they were very comfortable. The same color and size as well. You need to know your own size and body that is what makes jing good as well. They want you to feel comfortable and they even have a size measurement slider (how did it fit). I know that my size is always xs when it comes to shirts of sometimes with pants I go for a bigger size because my hips are a little wider. Very cute I feel bold, romantic, and beyond the trend ;)
