First time I ordered from here it was fine. Second time around the order took over a month to arrive, they sent me an email apologizing and that they added a special surprise in my order for me. Package finally arrives after a month and summer is already. No surprise item inside either. None of their clothes fit because sizing is all over the place. Even my husband was baffled by it. Quality is horrible this time around as well and when I reached out to customer service they took a hot minute to respond. I had to blast them on social media for a response. Maybe if they focused more on the quality and customer service aspect of their company instead of hiring instagram “influencers” their company wouldn’t suffer like this. Trust me when I say those influencers are not making your clothes look good either. Word of mouth matters, I wouldn’t recommend this company even to my worst enemy.

I ordered 16 days ago, but have yet heard anything. No update emails, and I reached out to the customer service 4 times in the last 72 hours. They were so quick to charge my bank account on the same day I submitted my order but slow to respond (note: you only get charged when the items purchased from legit websites get shipped out) Not even sure if I will ever get the items I ordered. So please save yourself some stress and do not order from this website. Now I’m going to ask them to cancel my order and hopefully get my money back. Updated after their response: funny how they responded to my review so fast but didn’t bother to answer my inquiry emails that were sent to their customer service. Scam!

First time I ordered from this company, I had no issues. Second time, I got an order confirmation and then no more communication after. I tried logging into my account with J.ing and it’s now saying my email is not recognized. I called, reached out to customer portal, and emailed. No surprise, no response. I have no idea if I’ll even get my order at this point. Just be weary there is no customer service and with my email “no longer an account” it feels a bit like a scam.

This company is a SCAM! Do not buy! I need to return a couple of items and it is impossible to get a reply from someone. I tried every way I could to get someone to reply to me-phones, emails, chat on their site, Facebook. THIS IS HORRIBLE and I am going to report to the CREDIT BUREAU. You guys who also got scammed need to do your due diligent and report this company so no one has to deal with this unethical and horrible company and totally lack of any customer service. This should be illegal. I thoroughly checked the site and seemed legit, but now I know it is a HUGE mistake. I hope they go down and I will make sure everyone knows what a SCAM this place it. This is unethical, wrong, and should not be in business. I wish I could give them a negative 5 rating!

Do not trust this company, no call back, no money return, always answer machine, run away

Horrible experience. Been going back and forth with customer service regarding a return for MONTHS. It just seems the website is a scam and my emails are just being ignored. Its beyond unprofessional and ridiculous

I ordered a dress and it didn’t fit and I’m trying to get a hold of them through email and they haven’t answered. I also called and it says they’re I should call back during their hours of operation but I’m am calling during their hours of operation. The dress was for a wedding it was like $170 so I’d really like to be able to return it. The order number was 266666

I Got a package of clothes I did not order. Prom set up. Tiny strapless pink dress, pink hand bag, and pearls for neck and ears. I feel sorry for the woman who is waiting for her outfit. There is no packing receipt or invoice to verify purchase. It is not a gift. I am way too old and large for it. No way to return it to get to its real owner.
