I ordered 5 items on 6th this month but haven’t heard it has been shipped. I emailed to them, they replied their item is out of stuck. I can't track the status until they have been shipped. I asked to cancel my order because I wait almost a month and get nothing. They just ignore my email and no one response.

I placed my order a month ago and I even pay extra for express delivery, but until now they haven’t send my order. I been calling them but the phone number they provided is not even working. I received one email from them saying they still waiting for restock, but why they didn’t let me know that from the beginning so I don’t make this purchase? So technically the wait for restock is more than a month. I never going to shop in this online website again 👎👎👎

I ordered 5 items on 11th this month but haven’t heard it has been shipped. I emailed them only to be replied 2 items are preorder they are out of stock. I was like don’t list them if items are out of stock. I asked to split order and refund out of stock items but got reply they will ship available items first. I will see if my dollars go to their pocket for nothing or I will finally receive any clothes. Will never buy from this website again anyway.

I've sent out two emails to ask for a return; order number was included. I also tried live chat and call but no response! It has been 48 hours (2 business days) but I have not received any replies regarding return.

Worst experience ever! I purchased several time last year, and they were fine. But my recent purchase, I have to contact customer service for the return and it takes two days for them to reply with more questions(not the label) . I answered and after two days, they replied with more questions. They will never provide you the return label! They stopped responding after my last email! Customer service number is out of service even within the service time as they say! Horrible horrible experience, never been so frustrated with any website for shopping!

I purchased 5 pieces and attempted to return two of them that did not fit me appropriately. The process was like a hell and very complicated. If you do not have time to put up with that good luck for you, then. They wrote or the auto email responded: "The return portal has been taken offline for updates. " "please provide us the name of the items, order number, and the reason for the return." I contacted them via chat as it was the only available tool to claim for a refund at that time and provided them with the Information over and over almost four times.. However, I kept receiving the same auto email response telling me and asking me for the same information which was size, the reason for return ETC without providing a solution or facilitating the process.

Ordered 21 days ago and it's not even shipped. I still have no email from them but only for commercials. I guess this website is just a scam, don't buy from them.

If I could give this no stars I would. The website says you can cancel your order up to 5 hours after placing the order… except you can’t because nobody will get back to you in time. “Once you receive the item, you can request a return”… except you can’t because NO ONE #%&$ing responds. I am so angry. I’m going to dispute this charge because this is a joke. What a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, you’ll be entering into an experience from hell.
