I don’t even want to give 1 star. I ordered some stuff on 9/7 but they haven’t even shipped. It’s been already more than a month. I contacted them to ask for refund if they are not going to ship my items in few days, but they didn’t even respond. I liked their clothes but I won’t be their customer ever again. So please be aware of this site and don’t buy from there. Really unprofessional. And worst experience.

still haven’t received package
I placed an order several weeks ago and have not received any update and customer service will not email me back. I need an update or a refund, I’m extremely frustrated.

BUYER BEWARE
I was "approved for a refund" on August 29th, 2022. It is now 43 days later, and I still don't have my refund! I got an email asking for my Paypal, but I never paid with Paypal. This website seems like a scam. They have the items I returned, and I am starting to doubt I will ever get my money back from them! They owe me around $100 USD! Edited to add: I still do not have my refund from them as of 10/25/22. I opened a dispute with my bank since they have technically stolen $100 from me. They asked me to close the dispute before they would refund me. I emailed them back saying the dispute will close automatically when they give me my money back. They have not responded to me. THIS IS A SCAM.

Ridiculous
when will you resend back? I’ve placed an order more than a month ago, sent emails four times and didn’t get any answers. So I sent an email with another account to check if I had a problem with my own email. Still no reply

This company is an absolute scam
This company is an absolute scam. I have emailed customer service over 3 times and called their 800 number. My order was supposed to be shipped and I never received a tracking number. I was debited on my bank account. NEVER again. Do NOT order from this website

I ordered clothes form here and all the sizing is incorrect some of them fit in a small size and some in large size. i spoke to the customer service to return some items and they said please send the parcel and it would cost you to send it back . i paid 67 dollars to send the stuff back and now no one is ready to respond back. i reporting this company and posting on all platforms to not buy from them. Even shein is better than this. Order 275211
