I love the styles and price in the website, but recently the shipment is very disappointing including the customer service. There is no phone number to call only emails. The customer representative takes forever to answer your question or pointless response. I made an order on August stating some of my items will be in stock in 3 days and It is November now and it never came and no updates or apologies until you email them. All they do is apologize stating they don’t have your items in stock yet. And when I emailed again asking for a cancellation or ship it. A week later’s response is why do you want to cancel. No solution or anything. Waited another two weeks no one responded when I replied because the fall season is over soon. I don’t want the clothing anymore. If the representative would be more tentative, I wouldn’t be so frustrated. And I had to go through a dispute with my credit card company to resolve this non respondent company. I want to love this company but very disappointed.

TERRIBLE. Thin, cheap material. The measurements are NOT accurate, everything runs incredibly small. Not at all worth it for the price and when you attempt to do a return or exchange, they take days to respond. It took me calling and sending messages for them to respond to my email. I do not recommend that anyone order from J.ING, save your money and go to an Ann Taylor or Banana Republic. $250 spent on nonsense.

I ordered from this company back in August. It took almost two months for a part of my order to arrive but it was missing an item. I emailed the customer service multiple times for an explanation and to return other items that did not fit well and finally received a response after over a month of emailing. They did not offer a refund of the item that is apparently no longer sold by the company, but instead store credit, and completely infinites my return request. I definitely do not want store credit as I will never order from this company again (and neither should you). Their policy clearly states that you can get a refund to your original payment, not just store credit, so this is luckily grounds for a lawsuit. Save your time and money, please get your clothes locally.

I ordered a 40 piece package on august and they split it into 3 packages, two arrived 2 months later but the largest one has no arrived yet and the customer care department does not want to provide a solution or refund, they just allege it has been sent already. I’ve spent thousands $ in this brand but I certainly will never buy there again, they lost a customer because of their careless and lack of customer attention. Do not buy on this page they will not guarantee you the arrival of the package!!!

I wish I could give no stars. J ing is the worst company I have ever ordered from. I placed an order on Sept 7, yup 2 months ago. No updates, no shipping notification, no responses from customer service. Actually one response telling me I could not cancel my order and get a refund, which is what I demanded. The event I ordered the clothing for has long passed. IF I ever receive the clothing (a huge IF), I doubt I will be able to return it because they are impossible to contact. I am going to call my credit card company and have them get my money back. Since this site (Trustpilot) seems to be the only site that J Ing monitors, instead of responding directly to customers, this is my notification, J Ing. I will be cancelling ORDER 281469 and will have my credit card company come after you. You should be shut down. No one should order from this website. Please see the reviews here, we're not making it up. I am out several hundred dollars.

Worst company ever. I returned all the items because sizes are not accurate, wayyyy too small, it has been over a month and a few emails following up on my refund status and NO ANSWER, No one has contacted me back this is unacceptable.

Received my top on time, however the quality is so poor it's absolutely unwearable. I also left a 1* review on their website, however it posted as 5* lol. Don't waste your time with these trash clothes

I purchased from them twice, and both orders went smoothly. I placed another order on Oct 4 and haven’t heard back since then. The order status still shows “awaiting shipment,” and today is already October 30. I emailed them a few times and messaged them on WeChat regarding the order status but no response whatsoever. I am very disappointed with this company.
