TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. SCAM. THEY DONT RESPOND TO EMAILS OR PHONE CALLS WHEN THEY CANCEL AN ITEM THEY DONT REFUND YOU.

When you need to return something, they don’t respond to emails. Unfortunately that is the only way to return anything is by email because their site link for returns doesn’t work. I’m stuck with over $100 of product that is either see-through or way too small.

OMG EXPECT TO RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE AFTER 2-3 MONTHS. AND IF YOU HAVE WANT A RETURN, EXPECT ANOTHER 1-2 MONTHS TO RECEIVE THE REFUND :) THEY NEVER RESPOND TO THE EMAILS! THEY ARE SCAMMERS, DO NOTTTT ORDER FROM THEM! I MADE RETURNS MORE THAN A MONTH AGO, STILL NO REFUND. I FILED A DISPUTE WITH MY CC COMPANY.

I feel irritated giving even 1 star to this company. It’s been almost 3 months since I last placed my order…I’ve also emailed customer service 4 times to which I received not a single word back from them. Now, my order is stuck in the same shipping status for over a month without an exact location of my package (the tracking doesn’t disclose this information for some reason). I was initially very excited to order from this since I saw J.ing over Instagram but this has been a total scam. Don’t waste your time because you’re just going to end up disputing this claim with your credit card company to get your money back.. which I have to do now.

Made a large order and due to the quality being so bad, I requested for a return. I have been emailing and trying to contact them for the past 2 months and still no response. Never buy from them. Absolute trash clothes and customer service.

Scam. Don’t waste your money here! I ordered 7 items back in September, the order didn’t arrive until over a month later. The quality looked terrible and did not match up with the what was shown on their website. Return is impossible as no one picks up the customer support phone call and no one replies to the many emails I sent. Don’t waste your money here, there are many other better options out there.

This company is a SCAM!!!!! I wish I could give a negative review. I am still waiting for my refund since purchasing in August and they received my return on 9/21. They are liars and keep deleting my messages when I asked for refund on social media. It is almost impossible to get a hold of them anywhere. Their business is very SKETCHY. I will REPORT them!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! If you have the same experience as I did, don't STOP fighting for your money or principle. You know this is wrong and this company should not be in business. Know that you are not the first customer they try to scam and lie to. Run as fast as you can. I am taking this to every social media as we speak until I get my money back, but do someone else's favor by reporting them or share your experience. THIS IS WRONG on so many levels!!!!
