I never write reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others about this terrible company. I ordered a dress from them in 2021 and was very happy about the quality. I ordered two more dresses in 2022, and while they were cute, I felt that they were slightly overpriced. I decided to reach out to customer service to return one of the dresses. CS got back to me quickly with a return label. I shipped out the item, and they received it at their warehouse in October 2022. After 2 months, I did not receive my refund, so I emailed them again. It took them a week to respond, and after requesting my PayPal info, they promised I would be refunded within 14 days. It is now January 2023, 3 months after I returned the item, and I still have not received my refund. CS has completely ghosted me. I have filed a dispute with PayPal and am waiting for them to resolve the case. Avoid this company at all costs--the hassle is not worth the time and money!!

Don't order from this place. They don't respond when trying to return an item. Currently disputing charge with credit card company.

Ordered two coats. It took over a month to even ship out, it got delivered almost 1.5 months later. The items were of poor quality, imo, for the price point you’re paying for. I wanted to return them and emailed customer service immediately because they have a very small return window. It took over 2 days for a response and I only received one after “messaging” them on Instagram. After every exchange, it takes over 2 days to receive a response. I got different customer service reps almost every time and they don’t read the message chain. I got redundant messaging, no real answers to my questions besides “we will give you a 60% gift card that will not expire if you choose to keep it to be green or sustainable”. I got a 40%, then a 50%, then 60% and then another 50%. How backwards is that? After all of this, I still don’t have an address of where I can ship these items back to. They don’t supply a return label, but they don’t even offer one and deduct the cost. All returns is on your own dime and effort. I am choosing this option and still have not gotten an address to ship the items back. This company sucks. The service sucks. Like what in the?

I wouldn't shop with them ever again. I had shopped with them in the past and it was nothing but good experience. The company completely went downhill. I basically placed an order on 12/08/2022. Waited a week and no updates so I emailed them. They replied stating because of covid there has been a delay with restocking their items, they're expecting to ship my items within a week. Fast forward to today 01/07/2023. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO UPDATES ON MY ITEMS AND NOTHING WAS SHIPPED!! I EMAILED THEM AGAIN.. this time they didn't reply immediately! I had to reach out on multiple social media platforms to get them to reply!!! YET AGAIN THEY GAVE ME MORE RUNAROUNDS. HOW PATHETIC IS THIS COMPANY?!?! COVID STARTED BACK IN 2020!! CMON NOW USE ANOTHER EXCUSE.

Terrible customer service!! I did not receive my package after almost 2 months. I contacted customer service 3 times about it and not a single reply! What a waste of money and time

I placed an order on Dec 8 and received the package on Dec 23. Order number is #00335955. And I'd like to return a product because it's too small. I wrote to customer service for returning. Until today which is January 5, I didn't receive any response from the cs. How to return? I want to return one product. Is it a scam website? Update: I contacted them through Facebook and its messenger on Jan 5. This time someone responses me. But he/she kept asking me to keep the product to avoid waste. Excuse me? I can't wear it at all. If I keep it, that is a waste. I just want to return the product and get my money back. This company is a spam. They tried to rob customers' money. Horrible company!

Don't shop at here anymore. The quality is decreased. Customer service never reply to u. The order shipped out very late. I did not get my order after a month and they didn't reply to me. I will dispute my money back.

Horrible customer service. I’m trying to return something, however since I live in Europe I needed to contact the customer service. (After the item already took almost 2 month’s to arrive!!) They only replied to tell me that I needed to return the item within 14days however did not tell me how to return it or were to return it. How am I supposed to return something if they don’t tell how to do it?! Update: still no reply, would highly suggest not to buy from here!
