I’ve ordered from the website at least 4-5 times in a span of a few months. I love the site and all the garments i ordered were super high quality. I bought them all when they’re on sale plus i was able to stack percent off so that was awesome! The first 3 times I’ve ordered, i didn’t know i could return for a full store credit. I was unsure of the sizing the first few times i ordered and one or two items I’ve ordered were too small so i figured I’ll just keep it and give to my sister (who is 20 pounds lighter than me). I only realized later that i didn’t have to pay a fee to return if i opt for store credit. As for the sizing, it runs smaller than normal since it’s an asian website. I’m Asian but i have the hip and the butt and while I’m usually small in American sizing (or even xs if the garment is stretchy), i find that I’m usually a medium in their shorts and skirts, for the most part. And there is no stretch at all to their garments. I have ordered a beautiful medium shorts though and it fits like an xxs in American sizing. I know the large won’t fit me so I’m unhappy about that because the shorts are really beautiful but it will go to my sister. Just make sure to read the reviews. Some of the stuff run smaller or larger. It helps that the reviews have people’s height and weight.

I have placed 2 orders from J.ing. Shipping takes about 1-2 weeks. I also did 1 return and the whole process was easy. I received the store credit as soon as the item was received by them. I am planning to order more in the future because their styles are so cute.

Every piece I've gotten from jing has always become a new staple in my closet! The products always match the images and the quality is always even better in person whether it is their knit tops, silky blouses, tweed skirts, or faux leather bottoms. There are never loose stitches or flaws and their sizing charts are always thorough so I don't have to do much guesswork since they include bust, waist, shoulder, etc. instead of just one sizing. They could however expand their sizing a bit and they do have a couple of pieces that are one size. My first order also was taking a bit too long for shipping, so I emailed customer service and got a response a bit later. I ended up getting my original shipment a few days later although there was no tracking information, and then another shipment that I think customer service tried to send out when I emailed came a few weeks later so I ended up with two of everything which I wasn't mad about. TL;DR their pieces are amazing in quality and have tons of designs-- there might be some flaws in shipping, but my overall experience has been great!

As a customer in Canada, the shipping is already fast and delivered on time. The products are over my expectations overall with great quality. I will buy again for sure!
