Beware: You cannot trust the shipping tracker. Expect 1-5 business days for the order to be processed and then another 9-12 business days for shipping. I downloaded the Shop app to stay on track of my package. However, as I type this, the app still says my package is in transit when it has been delivered. I placed my order on April 4 and received it April 21. SO...do not expect top-of-the-line tracking methods. HOWEVER, if you are willing to wait and put faith in the shipping... the clothes are worth it. I bought 4 articles of clothing and they were all true to size and looked exactly like the pictures. I am definitely going to buy from them again. I would give 5 stars if not for the shipping methods. But...I totally recommend them.

I’ve purchased items from J.ING several times and always found the quality to be better than expected. As with any online retailer there are pros and cons so I will list the ones from my experience here. Pros: - Great customer service, I usually get a response within 24hrs - Great perks, lots of discounts and ways to earn store credit - Good quality items that are true to photos Cons: - Shipping tracking/time is inconsistent, there are some items shipped from US domestic warehouses that arrive within a couple days. If shipped from China, the tracking is usually not updated for up to three weeks and I keep having to check the status of my package. There was a time one of my packages got stuck in customs (and is still there three months later), and J.ING offered me the full refund plus store credit. - Sizing is inconsistent, some items are in Asian sizes and some are in western sizes. I have ordered different items that were an S and fit perfectly, and others that were M/L and would not fit at all. Overall, I have found J.ING to be very communicative, and the customer service is very willing to work with you. For improvements I would suggest standardized sizing across the store, and to find a better international shipping company.

I just received my third purchase from J.ING. I was waiting to get it to write a review. The first time I placed an order I didn't have a very pleasant experience with their shipping, but after posting here and sending an email to customer center they assured me, I would get my package and after waiting longer than I should, I did receive it and I was very impressed with the quality of their clothing. Since then, I've place 2 other orders and the shipping has been just great. On time notifications, fast delivery and the quality of their products still great!

The quality is okay for the price. The best thing about the items were the fittings. For someone on the petite side with shirt legs and shorts arms, they were quite flattering. Also the colors and tone pretty much are the same as the ones in the pictures.

The clothing quality is not bad and what I ordered was really cute. Tracking the shipping was kind of difficult since it did not update most of the time but everything came after 10 days of ordering. I would recommend trying the brand.

The garments are in high quality, very reasonable price, the shipping is a bit slow though.
