Clearly just another drop ship company. Everyone waiting for their order... well it is probably because it is shipping from China or other 3rd party company. No invoice? Well probably because the item cost them half the price you paid for it. Research before you buy. You are literally paying a middle man to send you cheap crap.

Order# #173736, Customer service doesn’t seem to exist? I ordered a top two weeks ago said it shipped I’ve been tracking my package for two weeks just stuck in CA not moving can’t talk to anyone about my order if I don’t hear back by today I’m calling my bank and cancelling the transaction site seems fake. So after I posted this Jing replied with a tracking number that was the same one I had. Long story short it just took a month to get to me. So Long wait but in all fairness I just got it and really like the top. It’s surprisingly good quality for how affordable it was and fits great. So I would say decent site cute stuff for affordable prices but I wouldn’t count on it being delivered in a speedy manner.

I changed the review scores to 3 stars ( initially 1 stars) after customer service responded and sent me back the package. The clothes quality is ok, but shipping issue and extremely slow customer service prevent me to repurchase or recommend this site. Initial review is as below: I have write so many emails and make mutiple phone call plus voicemail but no one responded me in last few days. The package has been arrived in Fedex after 15 days waiting, and now fedex advise there is no commercial invoice attached in the package and it has been on hold in Arcadia USA. I don’t know what else to do as customer service not respond to me, and my package is on hold. If you see my review please contact back to me my order number is 169729 Thanks, MN

If you cannot wait for too long, do not order the preorder items. On the website said the items restock on 10/09 and I ordered on that day. Still waiting for another 10 days for items to be shipped out (10/19). And now 10/27, still no movement from the shipping and still see the item in China (on tracking). I placed orders from other shopping websites shipped from China later than from J.ING, but I already got all my items from other shopping sites… I don’t know why from J.ING is taking soooo long since it said shipped out. Not sure if they really shipping out. Anyway, I’m still waiting.

Not for Western customers. Their clothing fits odd, super tight, and sizing measurements are off. I am normally a small or x small and found to be a size medium or large in their clothing. The cuts are super strange made me look weirdly shaped and when I returned it took forever. I had my Korean friend try them on and they fit her better but strange in the crotch area for a pair of pants I bought.
