Don't listen to all of the positive reviews! Items ordered over 6 weeks ago now and still haven't been shipped. Emailed customer services 3 times with no response. I have no confidence the items will ever arrive and have filed with my credit card company to have the items refunded. Items *may* be cute if they eventually arrive but absolutely not worth the stress.

Its been a month and I still dont have my dress!!!!

Has anyone experienced fraud with this Company? I bought a dress online in early January. Got the same day a message to confirm my purchase. Still waiting for an email to confirm shipping. I have no tracking number. Of course, my money came off my bank account. What is happening? Contacted customer service multiple times but they never replied back! Are they so slow to process orders or is it a fraud?

SCAM! Do not order from this brand. They took your money and never ship your items. Even I called and emailed, they never reply. They keep charging you for international fee.

I totally agree with those who said there is no customer service at all from this company, ordered on 1/13 yet still haven't received the items today on 2/15, no any further update since then, tried various type of ways to reach the so called customer service, no response at all. LESSON LEARNED. One more thing to mention, they charge you money once you placed the order, instead of being charged when the order has been shipped like what other companies do. Words fail me to the experience of purchasing from this company......

I ordered some blouses December 25 of 2022. I was charged for those items and up to this day (February 15 of 2023) my clothes has not been sent. I have tried to contact them via email and messages but no responses or acknowledge of anything missing. This company charged me and don't even have the courtesy of responding to my numerous messages. Shame on them!!!!!

Horrible customer service. I ordered 2 items on Jan 2, 2023 for $107.98. On Jan 5, 2023 I received an email stating the product has shipped. It is now Feb 14, 2023 and I have yet to receive a status update or my items. The tracking number I have been given refers to no shipping service such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc. When I asked for the status of my order - I am told that the products are still in production. This contradicts the email I received stating the items were shipped. Is this company even for real??? I believe they are a total fraud.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BRAND！ I ordered items since last year 10.16th.2022.i haven't received yet ! I talk to the customer service want to get refunded! No body answer! If you ask them when will you will send you the items.they just say.please wait!!!
