I ordered from J.ING on Jan 6th 2023 and still nothings. But money already charged. Could it be swindle company!

I ordered a coat on Feb 6th and it is 8 weeks later and nothing. I've reached out to Jing multiple times to resolve the issue and then to just cancel the order but there is no one to contact directly and no feedback is provided. Horrible company.

Do not order anything from j.ing it’s a scam. I placed an order since march 5 2023 and it’s already one month and I never receive my order.

The company is the worst I have ordered from. It has been 4 months (ordered November 18,2022) and I have still not received my package or any items. I have been patient because small businesses take longer to ship. But it should not be taking 4 months to ship my package. I have emailed the customer care every week because they are slow at responses. I only received one email back with them telling me to “check my tracking number and send a picture of it back to them”. It has been another week and they still haven’t gotten to me. Again horrible online clothing service to order from.

Horrible experience. Ordered a package early january, it’s now March, and still no update on my package. I emailed customer service multiple times and they never respond back. Better off to just not buy

I got some refund from J.ING after I put news on here. They are refunded some money on gift card for me. So funny. What do you think?Do you think I will buy something from you later? Give me all money back!

FRAUD - DO NOT PLACE ORDER. I ordered an item March 14, I have asked for a status 2 times and each time they say it is about to ship and I will receive shipping information. I ordered 3 items and more than likely will never receive them. I am about to file a BBB complaint and an complaint with my states Department of Consumer Protection so the company is not allowed to do business in our state. Cancel my order if you do not have the items, and refund my $.

BEWARE: THIS COMPANY WILL CHARGE YOU AND NOT SHIP, THEN THEY WILL IGNORE YOU WHEN YOU ASK FOR A REFUND. Like many others, I placed my order in November 2022. 4 out of 5 items shipped. It is now March 2023, and I still did not get the last item, but they charged me for it. I contacted them in February 2023 asking for a refund since it is now 3 months and I havent gotten the item. Initially, I got a reply saying they will refund me. Now another month and a half, I still did not get my refund nor my item. I have tried contacting them again on three other occasions, and still no response. This company will charge you upfront for items and if they don't ship, they won't respond to your emails nor would they refund you. Essentially, they will steal your money. Side note, my opinion is that they will try to delay your claim until too long has passed for you to dispute the charge. The other thing is, if they steal a small amount, they would hope customers won't bother to go through the dispute process for it. This company is NOT trustworthy at all.
