Order placed March 24th 2023, no products received and I am not able to get in touch with them. I had no idea this is coming from China.

Never ship your order.

It is the third time that I ordered from Jing, The first two times my experience was good but this time, I didn't receive my order after over two months, and when I sent emails I got no answers and they blocked me. I am really disappointed !!

This company is a scam. Their clothes have poor quality. If you ask for a return they would pay you back.There customer care email blocks you and number doesn’t work. DONT BUYYYYY

They used to have good customer service and I liked their products, so I decided to order twice again recently. But now they just stopped shipping orders altogether and I even followed up via email, and I still haven’t gotten my order. It’s been a month and a half since I ordered them. I tried emailing them again and they blocked my email twice. HORRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT BUY YOU WILL BE SCAMMED OUT OF YOUR MONEY. There goes my $200 down the drain. They used to be trustworthy but now they’re straight up scammers.

The worst experience i have ever had shopping for clothes online. Took over 2 months to get here and when they did, most of mg items were damaged! I reached out to the customer service email and the email was blocked! I wish i read reviews before buying this place is such a scam.

Agency changed I was a loyal customer for over 4 years and suddenly they stop shipping orders and their customer service turned terrible. On their instagram they also hid all comments on their posts with many clients repeating the same experience. If you see a positive comment rest assured it’s very likely a bot. Their terms and conditions have changed as well so it makes it harder to file a complaint. I was lucky enough to have gone through Klarna they helped me open a dispute but don’t support this buisness!

Did not receive my order after 2 months. Do not buy!
