I've purchased from Jing previously and the clothes were great quality and 100% legit. I don't know what's happened since then, but I decided to purchase from them again on January 4, 2023. I know they ship clothes from asia, so I was expecting a wait. In April 2023, I contacted Customer Service. They confirmed that my clothes were being processed. They have since blocked my email. I am currently in the process of getting this transaction reversed.

I placed an order in March and I haven’t received my item it’s a total scam and I sent multiple emails to them showing proof of purchase etc and they kept saying that it’ll be here soon and it never showed up. They eventually blocked me, but please do not buy from here!

Ordered $79 worth of items in February (order #00363629) and never received them. Items were never processed or shipped. Asked for a refund on numerous occasions (probably sent about 15 emails, as this is the only way to communicate with them) but customer service replied only twice and simply told me that the items would ship soon. Again, they never did. In short: never got the items or the money back. Total scam; do NOT order from this company.

ALL THE “POSITIVE” Comments are bots/ fake! Like most people here has said I placed a order on March 8th and now almost June I have not received my order or any tracking information! Please do not place the order here it is not worth it. I will for sure never shop on this site

I purchased four dresses on April 7 2023. I did not receive the package until 30+ days later around mid-May. When the package arrived, it only contained two of the four dresses I purchased. I checked my Jing account and the two missing dresses are marked as delivered. Since then, I have reached out to Jing customer support about six times. I have not received an adequate response. Sometimes, I do not receive a response, but the times someone has replied to me, they replied in a way that indicated they did not understand the issue. The first time, the support person had me take pictures of the dresses I did receive. This seems odd and besides the point, but I did it anyway. I had requested to either ship the two missing dresses immediately or to refund me immediately if they were no longer in stock. As it currently stands, I do not have the two dresses I paid for and therefore have paid for no reason. I cannot seem to get a support person to handle this appropriately. To management: please contact me to handle this immediately.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I would give zero stars if I could. I placed an order back in March and never received my order. After over a month of waiting I reached out and the customer service said they would refund me and to wait 7-9 business days for it to show on my credit card. After the 9 days I still did not have a refund. I reached out again and they said their system "failed" and to send my PayPal email (sketchy). If their system failed, why should I be the one to reach out on a refund THEY promised me? I sent a reply and they have not replied back to me. It's pretty clear this company is scamming people and hoping customers forget about their purchases. It's also very sketchy that all of the comments have been turned off on all of their social media platforms. Major red flags all around. I will be filing a claim against them with my credit card as the business they are running is fraudulent. Please save your time and money and do not buy from this fake company.

Terrible service,bought much product from them but 4 month already still haven’t receive it.nothing tracking number and when I contact by email and enquiry with jingus but no one to answer and then after ,they’ve blocked my gmail.horrible

They blocked my email, non responsive on social media accounts, and they do not pick up the phone during business hours. I received a gift card instead of a cash refund and they refuse to follow up with my questions. Given my experience, I have no interest of buying anything from here again. Quality of the items is poor and literally disintegrates in the wash.
