Never heard from them after ordering. I emailed many times. They said they don't have an order associated with my email. I sent the order # and the PayPal receipt. They responded saying they don't have have an order connected to my email. Makes no sense. Canceling the order through PayPal tomorrow. I ordered almost 3 weeks ago. Don't trust.

No vuelvo a comprar nada y menos recomendaros.

I ordered two mystery boxes, turns out they just put the same socks in every mystery box, and they put the ugliest socks in the store, this is quite a scam.

I placed an order with Jimmy Lion on July 9th, expecting it to arrive within the promised 4–7 business days. It's now been nearly two weeks, and not only did I not receive the product, but the shipping process was a complete mess. I received no tracking number until after I contacted them, and then, to my shock, FedEx confirmed that the package was sent to the wrong city altogether. When I reached out to customer support, I was told there’s nothing they can do about the shipping address and that it’s on me to figure out how to receive the package from the wrong location. To make matters worse, there was zero proactive communication from their side. I only found out that there was a mistake after I had already noticed the issue myself. I’ve requested a refund due to this error, but the lack of accountability or support leaves me wondering if this company even cares about its customers. As someone who ordered from a brand with great promise, I feel completely let down by their poor service and complete disregard for the customer experience.
