Overall im happy with the pieces I've bought. Some items I purchased as being 14k gold and turn brown. I've cleaned them and it's not gold. Same thing with Sterling (.925) silver. Turns brown and it can't be cleaned. I would like replacement chains. 2 ea 14k gold and 3 ea Sterling Silver all 18". That's what I paid for and didn't get. I cannot give exact dates but you can access my account.
