They told me a full refund of 94.76 i have the screenshot of them telling the bank, got the supposed solid gold pendant, it's 100 percent plastic, have contracted the department of fair trading and ombudsman they will be shut down

BEWARE!! I purchased several items listed as “solid gold” and “sterling silver”, I had them appraised yesterday and they were all fake.

Haven't heard from them or received my order over a month, bad business.

Sent me a totally different item as described. It was a cheap metal with glass that they sold as 14K gold and Lab Ruby. Maybe worth $10 and I paid over $1000. I returned for a full refund and now the email address they gave me to communicate with is no longer available. They got the ring back and I did not get my refund! Avoid this site!

I put a bid on a ring for $50 and it said I was outbided then I put a bid on for $100 and again outbided close to the auction ending I was the highest bidder for $90 so please beware the bidder’s name is Mary and she is a bot not a real bidder they do it to get the most money out of you and you can go buy the same items on AliExpress a lot cheaper

This company may have been reliable many years ago (around 8 years ago, in my experience), but my recent experience has been completely unacceptable. I placed an order last year and the items were not sent in full. Most importantly, the highest-priced item was never delivered at all. I contacted customer service multiple times, but I received no response and no refund whatsoever. There has been no attempt to resolve the issue, no communication, and no accountability. The product images are also misleading, as the items appear larger and of higher quality than what is actually delivered. Based on my experience, I strongly warn others: this company cannot be trusted with new orders. There is a real risk of losing your money.

JewelryRoom posts a large number of jewelry items every day, but many of them are not actually in stock. After long efforts last summer I finally received a refund, and the company claimed they improved their shipping process. Unfortunately, nothing changed. From multiple paid orders they only ship the first one, and the rest simply never arrive. They do not respond to emails for months, and communication is practically impossible. Link, the company that is supposed to protect customers’ money, has also been completely ineffective. They only delay the process without providing real help.I placed three orders in November, each containing two gold items (six pieces total). Although the system marked them as “shipped,” none of these items were ever delivered, and one order was never shipped at all. I received no tracking numbers and no updates from the company. I tried contacting JewelryRoom through every available channel, but received no meaningful response for months, which made the situation even more concerning. Based on my experience, I encountered missing orders, no communication, unreliable shipping information, and no resolution offered. I’m sharing this to help other customers make informed decisions and avoid similar issues.

Well, I am about to write my review on the jewellery I purchased from jewelleryroom.com. I knew it was too good to be true; all of the jewellery I purchased was an absolute rip-off. Their so-called certificate was just an invoice. Do they think we are that stupid! obviously, they do. Do not even consider using this website unless you have money to burn. I am going to get them evaluated just for curiosity, because there are no markings on any of the pieces. I wish I could travel to Honolulu to confront these people. Maybe the Australian television show "A Current Affair" needs to investigate this company and how they are ripping off people. I will get back to you when I have the jewellery evaluated.
