Jewelry PointReviews of jewelrypoint.com

I had a great experience with Jewelry Point. Customer service was responsive and answered my questions about shipping and delivery. I have been looking for a natural pink diamond band for quite a while. I wasn't sure about ordering online but I decided to order from Jewelry point and I was NOT disappointed. It is beautiful and compliments my wedding ring very nicely, which also has pink diamonds in it. I am very pleased and would order from them again.

I had a great experience with Jewelry Point and wanted to share for anyone considering buying a wedding band online. I purchased an 18k yellow gold diamond-cut comfort-fit band, and the ring exceeded my expectations. The craftsmanship is excellent — the detail and finish really stand out in person, and it has a solid, high-quality feel. Exactly what I was hoping for. What really made the difference for me was the customer service. Yigal was extremely responsive and patient with all of my questions before I placed the order. I was very particular about specs like weight, thickness, and construction, and he took the time to give clear, honest answers without any pressure. It’s not easy to find a company that is both competitively priced and transparent, especially with gold jewelry, but Jewelry Point delivered on both. Overall, I’m very happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a quality gold wedding band.

I proposed with one of your black diamonds back in '06; and she said yes. We're coming up on 20 years of marriage in June and we haven't had any problems with the ring. It's still perfect. She still loves it to this day, and I brag on it to others all the time when they are overpaying for boring rings that don't have any character. I'm glad I found your new website. Now I know where to refer everyone for great products and service. Your craftsmanship and customer service has made a tremendous impact in our lives/marriage, and I thought you should know that. We can't thank you enough.

I purchased a pair of white gold brown diamond studs on layaway from Jewelry Point. I just received them and they were more beautiful than I imagined! The sparkle and color were stunning. Yigal was such a pleasure to work with and was so accommodating. I am so happy with the quality and brilliance of these stud earrings and the whole experience with Jewelry Point.

I recently bought a black diamond ring and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The ring itself is absolutely gorgeous, expertly crafted, unique, and so much more beautiful in person than I expected. The quality is outstanding and the design feels both modern and elegant. What truly set this purchase apart, was the customer service. They were incredibly responsive, helpful, and genuinely committed to making sure I had the perfect experience from start to finish. Every question I had was answered quickly, and they went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident and excited about my purchase. Overall, I’m beyond thrilled with both the ring and the amazing customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional jewelry and a team that truly cares about its customers!

Noticed the negative review below. Not sure what that it about, but I have bought several items over the years and Yigal (owner) has always been very responsive on the phone during business hours. I get lots of compliments on my ring and earrings. Just received my ring back after getting it polished under the warranty. Definitely recommend!

I have tried to call their 212 number and their 877 tol free number and no answer, all you get is," mail box is not set up " recording. I do not know how anyone reviewing this on line company can say they had a legitimate good experience...possibly if someone goes into the store but if there is a real store,...who knows as the contact numbers do not work...I would not buy on line from tis " company" ever.

Amazing experience with JewelryPoint! My ring is absolutely stunning and the service absolutely flawless. Highly recommended to everyone!
