Your made-to-order order was cancelled following your request via SMS, in line with our cancellation policy at checkout, and store credit was issued accordingly. Following this, you later requested to proceed with the same design. As cancelled orders cannot be reinstated once processed, a one-time goodwill discount was provided to allow you to place a replacement order at no additional cost. The replacement order was completed and shipped after passing standard quality control checks. As stated at checkout, made-to-order items are final sale due to their custom production process. After delivery, a return request was submitted. At that stage, no specific defect details or supporting images were provided through our support channels.
