I’ve placed previous orders before and I received them on time! The last 2 orders I placed I’ve had to dispute due to them not fulfilling my order. The website says 3-7 business and that’s no longer true.I will not be ordering from them ever again. Bad business and bad customer service.

This company is the absolute WORST. They REFUSE to let me exchange, not even return, just exchange and will not give me the info needed to return anything!! I spent $1600!!!! in a few weeks when I first needed to find a wig quickly. 1. ordered warm blonde - it was gray, white and literally lavender from the toner 2. the all-blonde wig had 6 inches of uber-dark black roots and should have had an inch of med blond roots 3. this full lace wig was almost 3 weeks past the promised date and still not shipped. Given the run around I was getting, I got approval to cancel in CHAT and then sent in confirmation of cancellation notices via email and WhatsApp. They shipped it the next day, and when it arrived it was so small it would barely fit a child 4. this one I ordered, they agreed to cancel, THEN THEY CHARGED ME and refuse to refund me. it says "fulfilled" but it was never even shipped. HORRID COMPANY They give me the runaround in every exchange. At first they were nice but stopped responding when I finally demanded the information to return. Then they got RUDE then super unprofessional even lying to me, despite the photos proving they were unworn and not as promised. Last message said it was now past 35 days too bad.

I placed an express shipment order on Feb 10th and have not heard back from the company. No email or anything letting me know my order has shipped. This is so inconvenient. No tracking number either. Just an order number. I’ve emailed them and still haven’t gotten a response. I am so upset about this.

They made my wig so small that it would only fit a little kid and wouldn’t let me return it. Plus it was supposed to be ash blonde but looked a lot more grayish

BEWARE - do not buy any wig that is customized - different cap size or anything because they won't let you return it!

I order my wig to wear for my birthday early enough to get it within a two week timeframe. They screwed everything up. This is my second order. I thought they had it right and they did not. I am truly disappointed that I got a wig that was nothing like the picture is. This is so clear a bait and switch type of company where they get it right the first time and even then I doubted their professionalism. I honestly think I lucked up with a nice wig. the first time it was pure luck and not actual professionalism, so you might get lucky the first time. they second time they completely ignore you . They don’t deserve my recommendation. I won’t recommend them to friends and or family. I won’t recommend it to anybody professional this like this company. Forget customer service 101 respond to your customer when I email you before you send the a product that came wrong they can make sure I have the right product. Last most important I will never do business with them again . I reached to the company and asked For all those things the company didn’t responded. My decision stay the same I will not recommend anyone I know to a unprofessional company

So many things wrong. 1st off, this wig looks NOTHING like the photo. I saw some good reviews so I thought I would take a leap of faith. The packaging was horrible. My box was bent and cracked open. Which I wouldn't have even cared if the wig looked nice. It's so thin and stringy. I have long natural hair. I like wigs for thicker looks or different colors. My own hair is thicker than this. It was suppose to be platnium blonde but its gray and itnhas way too many dark highlights. I was hoping to post a photo here for reference but it's not allowing me to. I had to leave this because for a $350 wig this should have been a good wig. I got duped.

This company has very deceptive practices when I spent over $300 on a wig unit they sent me a wig in a US postal service envelope not protected, not in a box it was totally smashed and look nothing like what was on their website. I have been trying to get in touch with them for months about it they denied that it was their company I actually bought the wig from, I kept sending emails and they said they couldn't find my order number and I was looking at the order in my email just playing me for being stupid and lying to me for months they used distributors for their products who do not care how they send you your hair unit and Jesse's wigs is under so many different names they don't care, The quality of their product is horrific , customer service is horrible I will never in my life by anything else from them again. They also delete reviews on their website if it is not favorable please do not be fooled by this company and what they advertise.
