Poor quality, will never buy again from this company

HORRIBLE WIG! I had wrote a positive review previously after my purchase because after taking it out the package and trying it on, omg so soft and beautiful, yes the curtain bang wig. So I’m back to write another review because I’ve only worn this wig 5 times and it tangles like shit, definitely has a lot of synthetic fibers in it, even feels like fake plastic. I never put anything on this wig, and I don’t wear more than 6 hours a day even less. Only worn 5 times and this wig is already raggedy. So disappointed. I really would like to know how everyone else’s wig is holding up. I’m sure I can’t be the only one, maybe no one has the energy to write a negative review update on their purchase or something .But I will NEVER again order from this company. This wig is so disgusting, worst wig I’ve ever bought in my life. 🤮 Update: 12/12/2024 NO I BOUGHT THE CURTAIN BANG WIG. I didn’t buy any ombre curly anything. Stop it. I know what I bought.

Scam! These folks are crooks. They steal your $ and have every excuse in the book as to why they can’t refund you.

Please don't do it. They sent me this top hat as a wig and gave me a time when I asked to return it. They have emailed me numerous times asking me to take down my review and never sent me a return slip to return the wig. I gave the wig away and asked them not to contact me anymore. If I can find a site to post pictures of the wig I will. They also owe me three other wigs and have not sent them yet.

I recently just ordered a glueless lace front blonde wig from Jessie’s wigs.. I received it within two weeks. Great wig!! Good quality, the only MAJOR downfall is they will take your credit card number. I wanted to go back and order another one. But when doing so, I noticed my credit card charges were rannn up $$. It was 9 random charges on my card near (550$ total) around the Flordia area where Jessie’s wigs is located, and I live no where near Flordia!! I do not trust Jessieswig.com no more!

I’d give zero if I could. They lied about the product description and then refused a refund. I sent the ugly wig back and they lied and told PayPal I never sent it back. Do not buy from this company. They don’t speak English and are a scam

I placed an order on March 21st. I was able to message with someone about the purchase because I needed a small cap wig. However, once I made the purchase, I was unable to speak to anyone and my order remained unfulfilled. I finally spoke to someone in their chat who said oh yes we shipped, do you mind holding while I get the tracking. I waited and waited and waited. I never heard anything back again. So I asked for a refund. It took several days and without reason they kept 12.75 of my money. I have tried getting an explanation, as they didn't do a single thing but take my money. Now I want my 12.75 back as well. It's extremely upsetting because I had to pay extra for the small cap and yet I got nothing and once I did pay the customer service was pretty much completely cut off. So I was never able to talk to anyone. So, I am contacting my bank and filing a fraud report against them. I have copies of correspondence, chats, emails, and statuses of my account and from shop and so on. This is definitely a buyer beware. I am happy for all of those who have had a great experience but for me it has literally been a nightmare. So please beware of this company. If you search the photos of the wigs they are selling most of them are the exact same as other wig sites and even some other reputable places. For example, one of their wear to go wigs, I actually found on Shein, exact same pictures and models. There wasn't a single difference. I have this documentation as well. Anyway, always do image searches. If you see those pics on other websites selling the same products, odds are it's not legit. Wished, I had done this myself.

Clearly fake reviews! This company is a scam. They send garbage wigs that look nothing like what you order. I ordered a straight bob blonde wig. Got a curly green tinged wig. Ordered a light brown to blonde balayage wig and got a muddy brown, hideous mess. Not even wearable. Truly disgusting wigs. Not wearable. They state they will refund you but that is a LIE! Refused refund. Had the nerve and audacity to offer a discount on next order. Oh please, there will NEVER be another order. Scam company. Lies, false advertising. In China, go figure! I emailed them THE DAY I got wigs and let them know. Their response is a LIE. I have never worn the wigs as they are TRASH. These people are liars and cons. $700 for two wigs that CANNOT be worn. Absolute garbage. Never worn. Tried to return DAY 1. I have been STUCK with this garbage because they DO NOT honor their word. Do not waste your money on this company. Look at their reviews off their website. It says it all. Jessie’s Wig and Wig Sis same people. Same garbage. Lies! Again, tried to return the day they arrived. Never worn. Gross wigs that are NOT wearable.
