I just received my wig today and I absolutely love it! I lost my hair due to chemotherapy and have tried numerous other wigs that just did not match up to pictures and descriptions advertised. Color would be way off, very thin, terrible hair quality, lots shedding and or extremely uncomfortable. I saw an ad for Jessie’s wigs and liked their selection. I was skeptical because of past experiences with other companies but decided to give them a shot. I am so happy that I did! This wig is well constructed, no shedding, comfortable on my head, the hair is soft, and the color is absolutely perfect. You can’t tell it’s a wig! I already have my eye on another wig and will be ordering again from them. If you want a high quality, beautiful wig, I highly recommend them!

Pros: I received my order! And both wigs are gorgeous. They were great answering all my questions and concerns. Shipping was free and fast. The quality of wig is excellent. Super comfortable and the hair is soft like butter 100% Remy human hair Density on point! Excellent affordable price Cons: there is a faint smell of cigarettes. I believe a lot of the workers must smoke inside of the facility: production line/ packaging.

Thanks so much for your feedback. It means a lot to us and helps us to improve better. The smell is because of the products we used in the making process and the wig is packed in the sealed package to keep the hair from humid in the air for 5-6 working days during the transportation. Please take out the hair in the ventilate place for a while, then wash them with good shampoo,to keep the hair become dry naturally, use some organic olive on the hair texture to keep the hair more glossier.after doing these, the smell will come to disappear. Please don't worry, we don't allow our workers smoke when we make it.

When I ordered my wig, they made it right then and there. I was was a little nervous at first because I thought the wig was not going to be here in time for my birthday, but it was! My communication with the seller was phenomenal. The hair is soo beautiful, I love it. It is worth the price. The lace is natural. Little to none when it comes to shedding. The hair has a very natural look!

I am in love with my wig. While it is not styled as the one I saw, it is nonetheless awesome! Quality hair. Thick. Easy to style. Shipping took a while but I understand as it is a colored wig. I will always order from Jessie from here on out! Lifetime customer. The hair had no smell, and was easy to brush.
