JW51946. hi, i want to reach out to someone from the senior management, regarding a refund which i have been requesting from April 2nd and i haven't received till now. i am reaching nowhere with the person i am communicating with. after thousands of emails and texts back and forth and after promising that i should be receiving my money today, i find an email from her instead of sending me the bank receipt, is trying to enforce me to receive the wig. this is blackmailing ok. this wig already has not been proceeded from my initial order march 16th. please connect me to a senior manager. thank you nevan what does this email mean confirming on April 15th that i will get the money after 7 days and then today tell me you can return the wig if you don't like it. Ordering from them was beyond a ordeal. It took 19 days to order they only respond to your email or questions at 4 am once a day and answering only one question at a time. If you want a wig custom size to fit your head you will be directed to a page to pay for that service the will give you five options to customize at different price ranges but they can't do any of them. You will pay them for it, they will never return your money and tell you they can't do it. I paid 100 extra to have it sized and have it done in 360 and hd lace and the reason they can't do any option is because they aren't customizing or making each order they are pre made and just grabbing them of a rack. In the end they still won't give you the basics service of sizing it as they say they will, and paid for. They will send you a huge size with a drawstring! That's it! It was never custom sized they just put in a drawstring. If you have a smaller size head you will have a bulk of fabric distorting and bulging from underneath the hair. I originally paid 100 for the custom service but forced to go with the basic sizing service that is 9.99 and they didn't even do that nor have I ever received the refund of the 90.00 not to mention communication is impossible with them after 19 days they just break you down and you don't even care anymore. I knew this wig was going to be terrible and it is!! The color is nice and the length seems shorter than it should be. But I can't wear it because it's huge and not sized. I paid a total of $400.00 for nothing. I have never dealt with a company that couldn't answer and help you within a few emails and a few days it should never took 19 days of going back and forth with customers service to still never even get what you paid for or ordered. I also asked for the lace to be cut and of course they didn't do that. The hair line is uneven and goes down lower on your forehead then the other side giving it a ridiculous look. They have drawstring options for wigs I didn't want that, I didn't order that. I ordered and paid for a custom size wig that will fit my head! Do not order from here you won't get what you ordered and you will just be disappointed and out hundreds of dollars!!

RIPOFF!!! Wig lasted THREE WEEKS. MATTED SO BADLY AFTER WASH. MIXED WITH SYNTHETIC FIBERS!

I purchased the ombré wig blonde on ginger and black on the ends sheds a lot and I think it’s blended doesn’t hold heat

Where do you enter your cap size for these products? No one will reply from the company and it has now been 4 days. There is no place to enter it on their order form.

Hello everyone! I brought hair for the first time from Jessie's wigs in late November 2024 for a job function. I received so many compliments on the first day of wearing this hair, but by day 2, it had been ATROCIOUS! This hair sheds LIKE CRAZY! I washed it and it matted SOOO BAD, I had to cut my 24in wig down to 12in and its still easily matted and sheds like no wig I have EVER purchased. This wig was almost $300.00. The color looks amazing on my skin but this hair was horrible. What a BAD first and last experience with this company. I don't recommend this hair and your choice if you want to go with this company. NEVER again for me. This hair lasted less than a week. They get 1 star for the hair color. Good luck ladies! U know u can't mess with a womens hair…irked!
