I just ordered my second wig from Jessie’s wig. I had Kari this time too help. She was great in helping me with all my questions, and adding on a couple of special request. The one thing I am impressed with are the sales reps have a lot patience and do not mind the questions you ask, and believe me I have asked a lot of questions. It was extremely easy to place an order - they have amazing wigs in alot of styles and colors. When I received the wig I was thrilled that not only was it a quality product - but it looked so real and the fit is perfect!!! What's really nice is that you don't really have to do much to the wig unless you want to trim the bangs. I highly recommend getting a wig from Jessies Wigs. They are now my go-to store.

I first ordered a wig but when it arrived I wasn’t pleased with it. I returned it with a label the company provided. I exchanged it for a different one and it’s perfect. Jessie’s was very nice and made sure I got the right one for me. They went beyond just exchanging the wig and sent pictures of the one I wanted to exchange for to make sure it suited me. I am 53 years old lawyer. and because of an auto immune condition I have been wearing weaves and wigs for 25 years. I have spent half a million on hair from His and Hers and Extensions Plus and Bombay Hair not to mention the tentative tries onto amazon for top pieces. Since I have little hair on the front and sides (edges), my hairdresser suggested I order a wig or two that had adjustable draw string top so that I could try to grow my sides in. I waited for a long time for this wig. I ordered it and after 3 weeks, I thought I had been scammed. However, when it showed up at my house I was AMAZED by beautiful the package of free stuff they sent with the wig.It was very classy. I feel badly for thinking this company was going to scam me because when I received the hairpiece and free supplies, I was blown away. Hair quality was great! Colors were conservative and spot on true lightest ash blonde (level 10-11) with color 8 or light brown. The coloring on the piece was perfect. It just had too much of the light brown hair on top for me -someone who has been ash platinum for 8-years. I am excited to try and order something new. When I indicated I wanted to make a return, the hair design specialist/customer service employees were ready to find me something perfect. They literally sent me so many options. I am really impressed by Trust this company. They are legit and as long as you can wait a little bit for your wig to arrive-they are the best.

I have been ordering from for a few years now and you can’t their service I’m pretty picky about my wigs so far they haven’t failed meals matter of fact I’m very specific about my wigs and they haven’t failed meals gone out of the way to fill my orders so don’t be shy try them you won’t be disappointed.

I have begun chemo and lost all my hair quicker than I had thought I would. I ordered from Jessie’s Wig and I am SO happy I did. I had made peace with losing my hair, but when my wig arrived and I put it on, I actually began to cry. I looked like “me” again. I ordered the Cela ponytail wig and customer service was AMAZING! Not only did they fulfill my wishes with color because I wanted it non blonde, it’s exactly what I wanted! Perfection!!! I love it!
