This hair piece looked nothing like the photo its atrocious. 200 dollars and I would not be paid to wear this thing.

So, I had posted the below review while I was in the midst of getting my refund, only for them to threaten to not refund me if I didn't remove my review. I removed my review and have gotten my refund after going back and forth for weeks and being lied to repeatedly. I will not be removing this review, so they'd better not ask. DO NOT purchase from this company. "I’m sick and tired of going back and forth with these people about a wig I purchased that looked NOTHING like what was shown on their website. Not only that, they cut way too much off, thinning out the density and an INSANE amount of flyaways, likely as a result of the poor cut. They have a 30 day policy (which is written in a very confusing manner, likely one of their various methods of trying to get out of refunding you) and wants to go back and forth with you every 2-3 business days about a return. I don’t want you to try to sell me another wig, I don’t want your measly $80 for a $700+ purchase and I don’t want to go back and forth with you for 30 days so you can trick me out of a refund at day 31. Don’t tell me you don’t want to refund me over a 1cent plastic bag with a number on it like you don’t know whose wig was just sent back to you. When I packaged it with the original shipping bag included. Don’t tell me you need pictures of it before I send it back when I already sent you pictures of it and you cleared me to return it! I can go on and on. Do not trust this company. Did I mention it took WEEKS for them to ship it in the first place? Contrary to what their website promised? You’re playing a dangerous game with your money if you buy something from this place. Buyer beware. I better have my refund in 2 business days like your website promises too. Absolutely obnoxious company."

The wig I recently received. When I opened the package, I noticed a strong and unpleasant odor coming from the wig. The smell is unusual and makes me concerned that the item may have been previously used or not properly stored. I would like to clarify the meaning of “sealed” in this situation. A sealed wig means the item is fully closed in its original packaging, unopened, and protected from any outside odors, contamination, or prior use. This is important because it guarantees that the product is new, clean, and hygienic when it reaches the customer. The wig I received had a strong unpleasant odor upon arrival, which suggests it may not have been properly sealed or stored before shipping. Since a new product should arrive sealed and free from any odor.

I returned the wig after waiting 18 days just to get it. I still haven't received my $500 return!!!!! It's been almost 2 weeks. This is the worst experience I've ever had. Literally fighting for my life just wanting to boost my confidence and this was a nightmare. The hair was pretty, just only for a big head.

I placed an order of 2 wigs about 3 weeks ago, according to their website it suppose to ship within 3-5 days. Guess what, it’s been 3 weeks and still they didn’t ship it. Reached out many times to the customer service “line” on WhatsApp up and other than repeating the word dear.. they offer any help or resolution. Terrible experience. I had 2 separate orders but they choose to ship it together- even though it was order separately a couple days apart- but I guess saving shipping cost is more important than making that you fulfill your order within the time frame your promised.

I ordered 2 items from Jessie’s , on arrival the fit wasn’t right but also they just don’t look realistic enough for me to keep, too bulky I’ve been trying now for 5 days to request a return and refund, for sizing, style and quality reasons and they are trying everything to delay and avoid processing the request Not impressed at all Update - many days later we are still in a WhatsApp exchange that has moved onto them begging for me to take down this review and then them telling me I have to send the 2 items back to USA costing me £54.99 to do so!!

I feel a one star rating is too generous. The wig I received looked nothing like the images online. It was not even a close colour resemblance. There maybe some human hair in these wigs but they certainly are not 100% human hair. This was verified by 2 hairdressers in Australia that tested the wig. I returned the wig after it was agreed that I would get a refund. Here I am nearly 8 weeks later around $560 AUD out of pocket. No refund! The wig is sitting in the distribution centre in China. Jessie’s Wigs did nothing on their end to assist to get the parcel cleared through customs. Australia Post said that a lot of Chinese companies will do this as they already have your money. The customer service has been appalling! It got to the point of harassment via Whats App messaging. I explained to them many times that I’m a stage 4 cancer patient. They even kept the messaging up while I was in hospital recently fighting for my life. I wish I had read reviews before I purchased. Avoid this company. Pay a little more and spend your money in Australia. I’m the one out of pocket with neither a wig nor refund. Appalling!!

The wig didn't meet my expectations, it was completely different from the picture. I decided to return it. OMG, what a nightmare. THIS IS SOME SCAM…. It took over a month to get it shipped back and then they kept procrastinating about my refund. Now they say “oh it’s lost in warehouse and money is frozen so I can’t reimburse you”. Now I’m reaching out to the business bureau to get them to stop stealing from innocent buyers. I order one because going thru chemotherapy and this is what I’m fighting with besides my battle!! STAY AWAY! Please Don’t Do It!!! Horrible
