I wish I would have checked this site before I made my purchase. I used PayPal and the first thing I noticed was how suspicious the email address was. Red Flag #1. I went to the website and decided to cancel my order and the customer service number didn't work. Red Flag #2. I filed a request on the website and when I hit send it gave me an error and said to try again later. Red Flag #3. Today I received tracking information that my package had been delivered to the town where I live. No package. Red Flag #4. I contacted UPS and they said the name and address for the tracking information I gave them did not match mine. Red Flag #5. I've already opened a dispute with PayPal but wanted everyone to know and be cautious. This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever encountered online. I cant believe that this PayPal account is still active after all of these complaints. Do not purchase from this site.

I'm so glad I googled reviews on this before placing my order I thought it was weird that there were no reviews on the website and the item I have been trying to get for my daughter for Christmas they had on there. I just want to thank all of you who posted reviews and saved me hassle and money! I'm sorry this happened to all of you it's just terrible that nothing can be trusted anymore.

Just said my package was delivered it was a fake tracking number now I can't get my money back lucky I used a prepaid card and not actual bank card or they would have that information.

First and foremost, if you're a victim of the same scam everyone else, including myself is, then please CALL PAYPAL or your bank and talk to a person and explain it. All of you saying that paypal ruled against you, it's because they use a fake tracking number to fool paypal. If you call someone on the phone at paypal and explain it to them, they'll be more than willing to help you out. If you just file a dispute, you'll lose due to the nature of this scam. These fraudsters are setting up fake black friday sites with low deals, then they give you a tracking number and mail a letter with that tracking number to a random business in the town you live. WHen paypal tries to verify the package was delivered, all USPS, or UPS, or FEDEX will tell paypal is what city it was delivered to. Paypal is aware of this scam, so make sure you talk to someone on the phone.

Scammers!!!! Took my money and didn’t send the product. I tried to contact them multiple times and got no response. Merry Christmas my daughter doesn’t get the one thing she asked for

I also was scammed out of my money. I ordered my son a Christmas present and gave me a fake tracking number and said it delivered. I never got it and they gave false addresses and everything also. Do not buy from them. I put a claim in with paypal I hope I can get my money back. Shame and disgusting how people can do this!

Scam site , will issue a fake ups tracking # . Do NOT use Jerseyeasy.com

I am still trying to get my money back from paypal for this fraudulent seller DING HOANG HIEP and their every changing website links. I have sent all the supporting documentation from UPS and also reported this seller and websites to the Internet Crime Complaint Center. I suggest doing the same as consumers will keep losing money, especially if companies such as Paypal and UPS don't investigate what is right under their noses.
