Where do I begin?! Best decision I’ve made in a long time Worked with Jenny for one year I lost weight and inches BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY I learned how to eat sensibly and realistically…. It wasn’t a diet it was a learning experience and a lifestyle change Highly recommend!

Jenny is the best! She helped me build a much healthier relationship with food and learn the tools I needed to succeed. She also helped me stay motivated and accountable. Her biggest strength was helping me figure out how to stay on track with a busy schedule. It’s a much more personalized experience than using any app alone and I can’t recommend her enough. So glad I found her!

I have absolutely loved working with Jenny! She provides such great guidance and encouragement with both nutrition and exercise. I had worked with others before her and while there was progress the 1:1 attention and support Jenny provides is unmatched. She helps plan for events, special occasions, and finding balance in life. I wish I found her sooner in my journey. The community her program has provided is welcoming and all the tips, food items, and recipes shared there have been so useful. I love that she always goes back to the data and numbers which as a numbers person I also love. I lost over 20 lbs working with Jenny and plan to continue.

There are not enough words to express how Jenny Kidd has changed my life! She is so helpful with macros and nutrition in general, it’s been a game changer. Our group is so inspiring with motivation, sharing recipes and cheering for each other. If you need any help with nutrition or starting a healthier lifestyle this is your girl!!

I have been working with Jenny for several years as I find my health a lifetime commitment. In those years I have truly aged backwards. Not only have I lost a significant amount of weight but I have also gained and kept muscle mass which was very important to me. I have come off of prescription medicines and my blood work is better at 51 than it was at 30. Jenny is kind and so genuine and caters her coaching to your specific needs and wishes. She is always patient, never critical and never practices an all or nothing theory. If i tell her I want to have ice cream or wine, we fit it in and she doesn't ever judge. This is why her program works because she listens intently to what you need as a person and doesn't just send out instructions. I know she cares about me and my needs and I am forever grateful for her. She changed my life and now I will be more healthy as a Grandma than I ever was as a Mom. My only regret is that I didn't find her earlier in life.
