Jenny is the best! She helped me build a much healthier relationship with food and learn the tools I needed to succeed. She also helped me stay motivated and accountable. Her biggest strength was helping me figure out how to stay on track with a busy schedule. It’s a much more personalized experience than using any app alone and I can’t recommend her enough. So glad I found her!

I have been working with Jenny for several years as I find my health a lifetime commitment. In those years I have truly aged backwards. Not only have I lost a significant amount of weight but I have also gained and kept muscle mass which was very important to me. I have come off of prescription medicines and my blood work is better at 51 than it was at 30. Jenny is kind and so genuine and caters her coaching to your specific needs and wishes. She is always patient, never critical and never practices an all or nothing theory. If i tell her I want to have ice cream or wine, we fit it in and she doesn't ever judge. This is why her program works because she listens intently to what you need as a person and doesn't just send out instructions. I know she cares about me and my needs and I am forever grateful for her. She changed my life and now I will be more healthy as a Grandma than I ever was as a Mom. My only regret is that I didn't find her earlier in life.
