Simple. The only thing that could have been better was the ability to see the choices. I love the baskets and look forward to getting mine. Not sure if the exact date.

Ease of ordering. Lots of good choices

Lots of colors and patterns to choose from. I wanted a few but had to settle with one; there were so many I wanted. It was hard to choose. I loved the shih tsu ones!

Prompt response,quality of product!

I've always enjoyed browsing through you gorgeous laundry baskets. I always knew I would get one. Times got difficult after my husband of 48 years died. Life is a bit better, and I am ready to give myself something I always admired.. so it's time. I thank you so much for allowing me the opportunity of my to enjoy your works of art in person. Sincerely, Joan Santiago
