This company is a scam. The bags look nothing like the pictures. The material is flat; there is no quilting. The duffle bag and makeup bag are lined with plastic; the sewing is machine-stitched in swirls around the picture, which is simply on a piece of fabric. Save your money. You won't get a refund if you don't like it because they don't refund shipping costs, and that's what they have you paying for. These are nothing but cheap Chinese mass-produced bags.

They advertise free bags, only pay for shipping. The shipping was quoted as $58.98! Also asked for an Xtra tip of $7.00 plus "insurance" $11.99. Obvious scam. Total came to $76.98.

October 4th order never received, When attempting to contact via email I receive "not found" message after selecting send. No contact phone number listed either. SCAM!!!

What a crock all those reviews are!! Only 2-3 had registered the same experience that I had. The bags are NOT as described-they are cheap polyester imprinted on cheap fabric. The various other 'positive' reviews are from people who have NOT RECEIVED THEIR PURCHASES YET!! So, BEWARE. I have contacted the platform-WHOP Customer service to refund my order. If I do not get resolution from Whop then I will go through my bank to reverse charges and I will contact the FTC.

Since I put my order in approximately 2 weeks ago I have not received any further information or confirmation regarding my purchase. My bank has cleared the payment to you and any further investigation I have done has resulted in the sight appearing to be closed down.

Bags were just 2D printed not hand embellished. This is a scam as the bags are “free” but you have to pay £86 for shipping for tat!

It’s a lie what they say on their website. The bags are not free. The shipping will cost you somewhere like between 40 and $50 and the bags are just not well done at all. I bought one thinking oh well so the shipping is gonna cost me the price of the bag but the bags are not well-made. They’re not anything like what the picture show I would not buy it again and I’m just warning people to think about it. It’s not they are.
