I haven't had chance to explore and apply and use resume but it's helpful & great follow up. Thank you, Cheryl.

Sometimes it's good to just keep your ear to the ground and monitor the job market as it pertains to you. Even if you're not actively looking for a new role, it can't hurt to have an active profile and alerts sent to you so that you are ready if you ever make the decision for a change.

The company has a nice service; In that it will adapt the existing CV to line up with the job description. The leads are not exclusive but that is to be expected given the fact that once the posting are up the primary site info. is propagating to secondary sites.

It was such a good review that made me desist to apply to the job. That is the reason I didn't give 5 stars.
