Don't trust. No results.
Response from Jennie JohnsonMar 25, 2024
Christine, thanks for sharing your experience. I'm curious to know more about why you would not trust us and what your results have been using the service and where you stand in your job search. I'll reach out via email to chat more about it.

Very frustrating experience. Paid $12 twice for “resume” expertise to target a specific job opportunity only to find out the job opportunity does not exist.

Thanks for letting us know about that. We understand that it's very frustrating when an employer pulls down a listing that you are interested in and have went to some lengths to prepare a great application. We're working on our systems to keep these jobs updated in real time so this situation is minimized. I've credited your account for a free report and have followed up via email.

Followed all your guidance, updated my resume to add most of your suggestions. Wrote my cover letter in similar fashion to yours, and not even an acknowledgement or rejection. This is a position that I really would like and I am qualified for, so it's especially disappointing as I thought your help would land me an initial phone interview. Regards. J

This unfortunately is all too common right now, applications are falling into the void no matter how qualified you might be. But I think I can help even further. I'll email you to get the details and let's find a contact at the company and reach out directly. Many times the application process is through a job board and they get lost. Let's get you noticed by the hiring manager!

I got scammed by on of your job postings
Response from Jennie JohnsonMar 22, 2024
I want to dive into this more, I'll be reaching out via email to find out what the job listing was and how it was set up as a scam. We work very hard to only suggest legitimate job postings from reputable companies.

The job listings selected for me are for jobs that I am not qualified for or are part time not full time or contract jobs that do not pay enough for me to live on. Such RN license required, required masters degree. Jobs that have already been filled and are no longer accepting applications or jobs postings that are months old. I am not paying for these services nor do I have the money to pay for your rewrites of my cover letter or resume that contain spelling errors and/or grammatical errors.

Thanks for your feedback, and I'd like to help modify your profile so that you are served jobs that match what you're looking for. I'll reach out via email to follow up.

Recommended jobs are not what I am looking for and I wish I could give feedback on each job rec.
Response from Jennie JohnsonMar 22, 2024
Taylor, thanks for taking the time to share your experience. I would like to dive into your profile and update it so that you do receive jobs that are interesting to you. I'll follow up with an email to you.

Have yet to book an interview.
Response from Jennie JohnsonMar 22, 2024
You're not alone in that, from all of the candidates I speak with it's common right now in the tight job market to apply to many roles and not land an interview. We are trying to give you every advantage to get past HR screening software to land an interview and find direct contacts at the company. I wish you the best of luck and I'm confident you'll find the perfect fit very soon.
