Many jobs no longer available that are presented.

I'm sorry that you've had that experience. We are constantly working to ensure that our jobs are updated as quickly as possible when an employer stops accepting applications but some do slip though at times.

You don't send me many jobs from Akron or relevant positions
Response from Jennie JohnsonJan 26, 2024
I can easily update your profile to ensure that you only receive jobs in your area and for the positions you're interested in. I'll send you an email to follow up right away. Thanks for letting me know!

Too many repeat job listings. Also, many of the open positions have already closed.
Response from Jennie JohnsonJan 26, 2024
Carmen, thanks for your feedback. We are currently building out additional features to ensure that jobs are updated and removed as soon as they are closed by the employer. Additionally I will look at your history and see what the issue may be with repeat listings as we have a very strict system to ensure that the same jobs and companies are not repeated to users. Please feel free to reach out to me via email at [email protected] if you have further questions or comments. Thanks!

Nothing’s gone wrong that personal one-on-one contact won’t fix. We may have passed singularity a decade or two ago (as MacLuhan would recognize), but AI is not up to headhunting just yet. You want to help me Jenny (or Jennybot)? Please call me at (718) 964-7643. Thanks so much.

Thanks for your note. I assure you that there are many real flesh and blood people building out all of the technology to ensure that we serve up the most relevant jobs to you. And yes, we layer AI on top of it to be even more accurate.

The jobs you’re sending me are already closed. Like 90% of them.
Response from Jennie JohnsonJan 25, 2024
Thank you for bringing that to our attention. We're working very hard to ensure that we update our jobs in as close to real time as possible when an employer stops accepting applications. I promise that you'll be seeing a vast improvement.
