Probably just not a lot of jobs out there

I like the curated jobs - good algorathim. I did apply for a job after spending time revising my resume and cover letter for the JJ version and when I hit apply the job had been removed. I connected with Kevin and he was very helpful.

Posting pay range would help quite a bit. I realize it always isn't shown, but when it is, it should also be seen on Jennie's job posting as well.

The tools you and your company provide is off the charts. Functionality is very user friendly and provides a wealth of feedback for individuals who are browsing or need a job.

I have just started using this service, so I am holding off on a final decision. However, so far I am satisfied with the way my resume has been reworked to fit a particular position as well as the cover letter that supports the same.

The reports are a list of jobs that could be potential opportunities for me assuming I meet the qualifications of the job poster. Eventually, I hope to connect with an employer who will hire me despite my age and we can then grow together.
