I keep on receiving jobs that are way below my seniority level, mixed with C-Suite / Exevutive roles
Response from Jennie JohnsonMar 22, 2024
Eileen, sorry that some of the roles aren't meeting your expectations. I'll dive into your profile and see what we can do to update it properly.

This contact is too Bot like. Not enough personal attention to detail and no actual contact. Jobs sent were not really geared towards what I do
Response from Jennie JohnsonFeb 28, 2024
I'm sorry to hear that the jobs were not targeted perfectly. I'm happy to adjust your profile to exactly what you are looking for. I'll email you directly to modify it accordingly. Thanks for sharing your feedback, we want to ensure that we are on point for you.

I tried contacting you to help me but no and no
Response from Jennie JohnsonFeb 28, 2024
Sorry to hear about that. It's certainly unfortunate that linkedin requires you to have an account with them to apply to a job posted on there, and that's where many employers post their jobs. We source jobs from all over the web, including direct company careers pages and other job boards, and will see what we can do to modify the flow for you and others who don't use linkedin. Your feedback is greatly appreciated and we take this to heart when building out new features.

I had a great interview, however I had to send an email regarding more information regarding the pay and then after the interview I had to send another email to see where we are at in the process. I still have not heard anything.
Response from Jennie JohnsonFeb 23, 2024
Karen, I'm sorry to hear that your interview did not pan out. However, the job was not with us, we send you job alerts and the hiring decisions are up to the employers. I'm happy to discuss further and will reach out via email.

Most of those jobs you send me are expired, or closed positions!
Response from Jennie JohnsonFeb 23, 2024
Really sorry to hear you're finding expired listings in our alerts. We have added a feature to look for the job on other sites if the link we provide is no longer taking applications. Many times they will still accept applicants through their careers page or on another job board. That link is at the bottom of the R/J Analysis page.
Brien
Most of the jobs on the email list have hyperlinks that open to jobs where the posting is closed.
Response from Jennie JohnsonFeb 24, 2024
Brien, thanks for sharing that information. We're constantly working to update our job listings in real time so that you are not sent to a closed application. We have added a feature to search for an application to the role through other sites or the company careers page. You can find a link to that at the bottom of our Resume/Job Analysis page that is included with every job in our alerts.

I’m looking to land a job but this is not helping me land a job. I apply to a lot of them but still no luck.
Response from Jennie JohnsonFeb 19, 2024
Thank you for your feedback. We know that many employers don't give a response after they receive an application, it's a tough part of this business that we don't have control over.
Herbert
A large percentage of the positions are either lost leaders to something else or position is no longer available.
Response from Jennie JohnsonFeb 7, 2024
Herbert, thanks for passing along that information. There are times when employers take down a position and no longer accept applications but we are working to ensure that the instances of that occurring are minimal.
