The listings are a little bit limited and the résumé rewrites need a lot of editing. The insights about the jobs are good.

AI algorithm good until I submitted my resume to my profile
Your algorithm to select jobs that I'm interested in were pretty good until I submitted my resume to my profile. Then I started receiving job suggestions that were much below the level I am interested in.

Good job at finding closed positions
They do a really good job of finding positions that are interesting. The only issue is that more often than not, the posting are really old and no longer open.

When you find roles that are not available or posted a while ago, I would highly suggest that you still should reach out to them if you think it's a great match. I've found that 60% of jobs which are listed as expired on major job boards, are actually still open but they are no longer paying to sponsor the roles. That is why we provide the company contacts in our power apply flow, reaching out to them even if the role shows as expired will help you stand out.

The job posting which are given as suggested jobs are very old and the recent jobs are not being provided at earliest

Thanks for that feedback, we do take that to heart. We are taking a deep look at our search and matching algorithms to balance relevancy and date of the roles posted. I would highly encourage you to consider roles which may have been posted in the past, but that you are a great fit for. Especially when utilizing the networking contacts we give you in Power Apply. Reaching out to the hiring manager directly and expressing your interest really will help you stand out, even if the role was posted 30+ days ago. That extra effort stands out to them. Thank you!

Great reports, but outdated job postings
The actual reports that are created are great- detailed interview prep, questions to ask, and resume recommendations that are all helpful. However, the emails I receive consist of job postings that are so old (usually 1-3 months old) that the hiring companies are no longer open to accepting applications.

Arya, thanks for the feedback and review, we really appreciate you sharing that with us. We do work very hard to only send you roles that are currently hiring but we have found that many roles that list "expired" on job boards are actually still open but that the employer is no longer paying to sponsor the role. Hence why we are giving you the direct company contact info in our Power Apply flow. But we aren't perfect and some slip through the cracks.

I wish that I could receive a listing…
I wish that I could receive a listing of the things that are missing before the newly constructed resume is completed.

This is called the Resume Fit Analysis and you can view it for each job before ordering a new resume rewrite.
