Repeat 30+ day old jobs being sent…
Repeat 30+ day old jobs being sent everyday that make up 80% of the jobs in each email. The 20% remaining are either fake altogether (not JJs fault) or not applicable to my filters. It’s like I need another AI service to cull out the BS from this AI service that then screens the remaining info to make certain that I’m not wasting even more time submitting to a job that is an identity theft scam.

Thank you for bringing up this point. While we do work extensively to keep our jobs up to date, there are some roles that are still active but posted 30 days ago or more. While they might not be as appealing, if the position is a perfect fit then we highly suggest reaching out to the company and expressing your interest. If there are roles that you feel are "fake" please share that with us so that we can adjust our filters accordingly.

The cover letters are amazing
The cover letters are amazing! The resumes, it depends on the position. For some jobs it is awesome and others I feel like it missed key things that the hiring manager would look for. The job search feature is not user friendly. All the jobs say over 30days old which is not what I expected. Also the emailed job descriptions aren’t even in my field, not even close to being in my field! I am very disappointed and will probably cancel.

I appreciate that you took the time to fully review our version and find areas where we missed the mark and modified them accordingly. New job search feature, ADD MORE FILTERS PLEASE!
In the new features, you need to add filters similar to indeed or linkedin. Having to go through 1000 jobs with no way to filter and all of them over 30+ days old is completely useless. Other than that, the other services like resume re-write, cover letter, and email is great. Still no luck with finding a new job, it's been over 4 months now.

It's a very interesting concept but…
It's a very interesting concept but flawed in execution. Most of the best fit jobs have expired, the ones that are open seem to not be very good fits. It's a very interesting concept so please keep going and keep refining however as it is now it doesn't work well.

Mark, thanks for the detailed feedback. We are aware of the expired job issue, and have a fix in development currently. As a patch to this, we offer an alternate way to find application paths if the one we suggested is showing as expired. Many times an employer will end their posting on a paid job board but it will still be on their career page. At the bottom of our job page (found by clicking the Resume/Job Report link in our emails) you'll see a link to search for the role elsewhere. Many times you'll find that the job is still open, just that the LinkedIn posting was removed, and you can apply directly. I hope that helps.

Against my better judgement I decided…
Against my better judgement I decided to try using the AI-generated Resumé recommendations but was swatted almost immediately. It’s entirely possible I was used for “F-cubed/ C D-squared” (File Folder Fodder/Cursory Due Diligence) and used as a “checkbox” in the comparison process for someone they were planning on promoting from within anyway.
