You can access it via Profile -> Billing -> Press the cancel button If for some reason this did not work for you - I will investigate it to ensure there are no issues. Additionally, if you did not receive a reply to an email you sent this - this is also not acceptable and I will ensure this does not happen again. Please do share your email so that we can investigate things further. Hi Mahdi, Sounds like you had a bad experience with us? That's not what we want! I've requested further account details via Trust Pilot's secure feature. Could you please share your account details and then share with us specifically what was bad about your experience? If you have not already received a refund, please let us know. I will process it. If you do not enjoy using our product, you should not have to pay for it.

Hi Moe, I'm really sorry to hear about your negative experience with us. This is really not what we want. We pride ourselves on making a genuinely useful product that provides a more tailored, specialized experience than products like ChatGPT. It sounds like in this instance we have fallen short of that. And I want you to know that we take any and all feedback on board. I've requested further account details via Trust Pilot's secure feature. Please share those. We will look into your account and make sure any bugs that may have been affecting the output of your generations are resolved. Once that is done, I'd like to offer you a free use period so that you can try Jenni at it's best. Additionally, please do be aware that Jenni learns as you write. When you first start writing a document, the generations may not be as tailored or well written. After you've written a few paragraphs, Jenni learns what your writing style is like and what topic you are writing about, and starts to provide suggestions that are much more specific. Please do share your account details when you have a moment, and I'd love to have the opportunity to remedy this situation and make sure Jenni is a useful part of your academic arsenal going forward.
