Awful company. It is essentially just a CHATGPT wrapper, meaning you can just use chatgpt premium and get way better results. Jenni ai is comprised of a bunch of grifters that are boasting about their monthly revenue on X by providing a subpar product that loves to generate misinformation.

I have tried several times to contact Jenni.AI to cancel an annual subscription. NO ONE EVER replies. I cannot express how frustrating it is to be ignored and overcharged for a service that is not used. DO NOT sign up with this company without this knowledge. You may get hit with renewal fees you did not authorize.

I got charged 213 DKK for a Jenni.ai subscription I didn’t even know was active. I hadn’t received any emails or confirmation, and when I tried to cancel it, the website just showed an error message saying “Sorry, something went wrong. Please contact us.” That message kept showing for weeks. I reached out to support and explained the situation – that I’d been trying to cancel for a long time, but the site simply wouldn’t let me. I asked for a refund, since the charge happened after I had already tried to cancel. As a response the basically just copy-pasted their refund policy and saying they don’t do refunds, completely ignoring the fact that the error was on their end. I didn’t use the service, I didn’t want to keep the subscription, and I tried to cancel it in time. Really disappointing experience. If something goes wrong, you’re just out of luck. Wouldn’t recommend.

My experience with Jenni AI has been extremely disappointing, both in terms of the service itself and customer support. I purchased the subscription but quickly regretted it. The AI is unreliable, and the writing it generates is obviously artificial. The summaries are inaccurate, which led me to request a cancellation and refund. Customer support is slow and overly bureaucratic. Every email response takes at least a day. After I explained why I wanted to cancel, they insisted I schedule a video call to justify my request. I complied, only for their so-called head of support, Justin Wong, to completely ghost me at the scheduled time—no response, no explanation, nothing. I emailed them about it, and no one ever replied. Months later, they charged me again for the annual subscription, even though I had canceled long ago. I don’t want to deal with this hassle anymore—I just want my money back!

- The service doesn't work. When you ask the AI chat something, it gets stuck and gives you a "busy server" or something like that message so you have to try multiple times to get a (terrible) answer - The worst part is the "customer service". Emailed two different addresses: from one, never got a reply; from another, the person pretended she never got my first email and then never replied again - DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.. THERE ARE OTHER AIs OUT THERE - I requested a refund within 48 hours but never got it

I paid just for one month but they keep deducting money from my account. I cancelled subscription but they keep taking my money. I am very disappointed now I have to block my card. This is disgusting 🤮 I need my money back.

Terrible app and too expensive. I have to think all these positive reviews are fake. Tried to ask for a refund after an autorenewal went through and was told no. Do not give them your money - try paperpal or chatgpt.

Veo opiniones favorables a Jenni ai. Lo que ponen es absolutamente falso, lo cual me lleva a considerar que son opiniones suscitadas por los propios agentes de Jenni ai, osea OPINIONES FALSAS. Yo os explicaré la realidad. Jenni ai se ofrece como apropiado para ensayos academicos largos y de gran calidad. Lo cierto es que no te permiten probarlo gratis previamente, así que yo piqué y pagué. A los cinco minutos ya me estaba "tirando de los pelos" ante el timo que es Jenni ai. Le propones un tema academico, no excesivamente complejo, para que redacte un ensayo, y te da cinco lineas o seis. Le pides mas extension y te añade otro parrafo exactamente igual que el primero. Sí, ahora ya tenemos diez lineas, pero repetidas. Además, el contenido no responde a lo solicitado para nada, y es absurdo e incoherente. Esto no es una inteligencia artificial, es una MEMEZ ARTIFICIAL, un timo. El timo de la estampita un aficionado comparado con este. Contactas con ellos por el chat para que te reembolsen y te dicen que ni hablar, que "Santa Rita, Rita, lo que se da no se quita". Insistes y te bloquean. YA TE VALE, JENNI AI. Me acabo de dar cuenta de una cosa, para que veais el descaro de Jenni ai y lo estafadores que son: Tenían todas las opiniones malas, y de pronto, el 21 de septiembre hacen una campaña aquí para intentar arreglarlo. Si os fijais, en esa fecha y en el 25 creo, hay de golpe unas cuantas opiniones de cinco estrellas de supuestos academicos. Vereis que todas las opiniones son como invitado, es decir, alguien anonimo no dado de alta en Trustpilot. Todos ellos solo tienen una opinion publicada, claro, la que les ha encargado hacer Jenni ai. Lo que ya deja aun mas claro que son opiniones falsas publicadas engañosamente por la propia Jenni ai, es que lo que dicen es absolutamente falso. Solo hay que pagar y lo podreis comprobar, aunque demasiado tarde, porque Jenni ai no devuelve el dinero una vez que te das cuenta de que te han timado y, cuidado porque te van a seguir cobrando aunque intentes cancelar la suscripcion. Como os he dicho, no hay manera previa de probar jenni ai si no pagas previamente, pero si alguno tiene curiosidad por saber si es cierto lo que digo lo podrá comprobar.
