les délais de livraison ont été respectés surtout en période de Noël, la robe que j'ai reçue est conforme à la photo sur le site surtout qu'elle a été réalisée sur mesures pour un prix introuvable en France, la qualité est super, le seul bémol c'est qu'elle a été livrée dans un carton de petite taille et elle est donc arrivée froissée.Il manque aussi une housse de protection. mais, j'ai hâte de m'en recommander une autre ! même si il y a les taxes de dédouanement à payer à la livraison. je recommande ce site.

les commandes arrivent dans les délais et surtout les produits sont de qualités promise. le seul défaut est que les tailles ne sont pas très compréhensible pour les clients européens

I have received the 3 dresses I ordered for my bridesmaids. i was a bit annoyed at having to pay a further £90 for vat and custom charges on delivery but on opening the parcel I was delighted with the dresses and even with the extra added they were still a bargain. The girls have tried them on and LOVE them as do I. Thank you jenjen I will definately recommend your company.

I order my "old dance" (I think it's like a prom dances) -dress from JenJenHouse and I was positively surprised when I got it. Delivery was fast and dress came behind to my door (heh, cute "packet-boy" brought it! ;)). Dress was good, excellent for the use of mine, but it was made little hastily! Decorations and tulle mortgage was a bit strange but I think it's ok. And one thing; I order my dress when there was picture A. In picture A the skirt was huge. When I got my dress, the picture was changed to picture B! Now in the picture B the skirt was sooo lame and low. :D Miserable reality! Sure I know that in advance. Well, I think I survive this. I recommoned JenJenHouse for every one! I will order from JenJenHouse if need something!

Ordered a bridesmaid dress for my friends wedding in June. Arrived really quickly, and the dress is stunning. Beautifully made. Only niggle would be that the bust area is a lot larger than you would expect for a size 10 dress so will have to have it altered before her big day! Very impressed with how quick it arrived and that it arrived in a box, really well packaged. Would definitely recommend JenJenHouse to anyone
