I think this is waaay over-priced. I got the kit for $170. First of all, the amount of wax beads given to you is so ridiculously small. Like the individual bags are tiny, so for me, to wax my pits and lady bits took 2 bags of wax. If I wanted to do my whole body, it would take at least 4 and they only provide 5 bags in this kit. So already, this kit wouldn’t even last me 2 months… for $170. The wax warmer itself - there is literally nothing special about it. The colors are old and dingy looking and I can’t even display it as a cute body care item. The skincare that comes with it is okay, but honestly going to Target and getting the Venus after shave/wax serum for ingrowns is just as good and a lot cheaper. Now the wax - the creamy wax is very good, but you can get the same quality from Amazon that’s triple in size for half the price. I would pay $80 max for this kit. Nothing really stood out here that’s worth that price tag. I honestly wish I never bought it. Save your money guys.

I originally ordered a beginner set back in August and honestly had a nice first experience using this wax. However every wax after the first the warmer would shut itself off after increasingly shorter amounts of time. The original wax warmer i received will now shut off after 1 minuet which is not nearly enough time for my wax to melt. I emailed customer service about this problem and they sent me a replacement wax warmer. I just plugged in the new one and it immediately shut off after 1 minuet. I've tried multiple different outlets and this happens no matter which one I use which leaves me to believe the warmer itself is the problem. I'm really sad about this whole mess because the wax itself is actually really great and works well but if I cant melt it enough to use then what's the point?

Smelled wonderful! But wax doesn’t stick and grab hairs like other brands I have tried ! I made sure to follow all provided tips but even then this wax doesn’t compare in quality to others. I have used wax that could get some of the most stubborn hairs but with the jelly wax I was lucky if it got some hairs. Very patchy. Don’t recommend for Brazilians . Better use Is armpits and arms. Very patchy on legs

Late delivery

mine might be defective, the light doesnt stay on so it looks like its off but in reality its on. i thought this would be easier to use since everything is in the kit, but now im not sure. there’s a learning curve to the temperature process.
