JellyFil Reviews & ComplaintsReviews of jellyfil.saberesysabores.org

The advertising is false, misleading and very deceptive! 60 day money back guarantee from the day you Order the Product !!! Not from when you receive it and start using It!!! I tried to get a refund because it had no effect on me!! The customer service goes to a phone customer service which seems to not be part of Jelly Fil Forget about 100% satisfaction It doesn't exist!!! They don't let you know "refer to the terms and conditions" under the 60 day money back guarantee... advertisement. So they don't really want you to know you may have 55 days or 50 days etc they don't care how long it takes to ship the product!!! Or how long you can try it!!

I took this product For over a month and it did not do anything I mean anything, I wish I could get my money back. I spent hundreds of dollars on this product and it did not do, once again anything. It’s a shame how he folks gets your hopes up so high and drop you lower than when you started.

I am on my 5th jar and still have not lost any weight.

I'm not giving this product a 1-Star review based on the usefulness of the product but on the refund policy. This didn't work for me, and based on the number of negative reviews I guess it doesn't work on anybody, but the refund policy is a joke, I requested the refund within the allotted 60-day window but had to go back and forth by email, with the rep before he would agree to my refund. But here's the kicker. With all of the restocking fees and open/used bottle deduction, non-refundable sales tax deduction and return shipping fees, I would only get back $81 of the almost $280 I spent on the product.

I have been using this product for over a month and have experienced no benefit of any kind.

I am a physician and pharmacist. Based on the advertising I observed on YouTube featuring a physician touting the research done for erectile dysfunction and with celebrity testimonials, including Sylvester Stallone, I decided to give it a try. The advertising by the supposed physician listed four ingredients: hydolyzed collagen, lyposomal vitamin C, pyrogenol, and tongkat ali. When the product arrived, NONE of those ingredients were present in the formulation. Instead, only 8% active ingredients of totally different substances were listed. Novatel Labs and Buy Goods were the companies involved. They also advertised a 60 day money back guarantee. I contacted the company regarding the discrepancy. They claimed that no such advertising ever existed. I now presume it was AI generated, including the "physician" and celebrity endorsers, and still believe it could have been attributed to the company. When I asked for a refund, they expressed conditions that were not present in their advertising of the money back guarantee. At my expense, they wanted me to ship back the unopened bottles on which they would prorate the refund after applying a 20% restocking fee. After some discussions, they offered me a partial refund, but would not refund the entire amount of my purchase price. I tried the product and it did NOT work as advertised in the video or on their website, which was not a surprise. I have a definitely negative opinion of this company and its deceptive practices. If I could give it ZERO STARS, I would and pull up just short of labeling it as a scam.

I had absolutely no effect. I emailed customer service with my desire for a refund as the marketing message was "full refund if not satisfied". They mentioned giving it time, and I must not be following a good diet. I emailed again stating I wanted a refund. They mentioned working with one of their people to get better results. I emailed a third time stating the desire for a refund. This time, they said I'd passed the 60 day window. This product is not worth your time or money. If you do decide to purchase this, I hope you'll be happy with just gummy bear candy. Its a scam! Don't do it.

I was excited to try this product. I made 2 orders, 1 for 2 bottles and 1 for 6 bottles. Their website says i have 60 days to try this product. I went through the 2 bottles and saw no difference so I asked for a refund on the remaining 6 bottles. I received them on Aug 7th but they refused the refund request stating their policy was 60 days from the order date and I had passed that by a day. Their website does not say 60 days from the order date. I will not recommend this product to anyone I know.
